Well, there are quite a few choices I don't really agree with, but there are some I do agree with. Also, I don't think that some characters like Chameleon and Meat should be included, but that's just me. I mean, if you are going to include characters, don't forget about people such as Kia, Jatakka, Gemini, Tasia, No-Face, and Tremor. When it comes to Bojutsu and Jojutsu, they are styles of weapon fighting. The same thing can be said for Mugai Ryu which is a Samurai swordfighting style. Kobujutsu means ancient or traditional martial arts though that term is also used a lot with Okinawan weapons, namely those of the Nunchaku, Tonfa, Bo, Sai, and Kama and maybe some others.
Anyway, here are my choices:
Ashrah: Kris
Baraka: Tarkata Blades
Blaze: Fire Wheels
Bo' Rai Cho: Mokujo
Cyrax: Pulse Blade
Dairou: Autumn Dao
Drahmin: Iron Club
Ermac: Scepter
Frost: Ice Daggers
Fujin: Taiji Dao
Goro: Cudgel
Havik: Morning Star (though different..namely something like this...: http://www.play.net/images/weapons/morning_star.jpg)
Hotaru: Naginata
Hsu Hao: Sun-Moon
Jade: Tetsubo
Jarek: (I don't know.)
Jax: Mae Sun Sowks
Johnny Cage: Nunchaku
Kano: Butterfly Knives
Kenshi: Katana
Kai: Ghurka Knife
Khameleon: Yuan Yang Razors
Kira: Dragon Teeth

Mavado: I don't know, but it should at least be a double-handed weapon.

Noob Saibot: Scythe or Kusarigama

lol..The compliment is most flattering, queve, but I must say that is not true. I like to do my research, that is all.
As for the Flail thing like Gogo's weapon, I was thinking of something like that for Havik except different. If you want to know what I mean, copy and paste the link I put regarding that idea for Havik's weapon in my other post.

Scythes were used in medieval warfare, but not the harvesting one, that was well...counterpoductive. The blade was straightened out to resemble a halberd, otherwise it was literally bad for the user.
Historical reference: George Dozsa's crusader peasant uprising. Motto:
"Kasza, csép- és hadarólap magyarázza igazunkat"
"Scythe, trasher and flanged mace reason our justice" -more or less fitting.
Noob Saibot should use a turkish Siege Hook in my opinion, it's essenti-ally resembling a scythe mixed wityh a halberd, only with a shorter handle and a curved inside edge with a spike. It was used on crenellations and battlement combat to pull someone off. it has a nasty habit of sclicing throught the sinews and stuff when hooked on an limb.
A kusarigama should fit Smoke better I think, a bit of a reference to his borrowed spear and grappling hook move.
