if this ever came out this would be sick but very expensive so heres my idea.
this is very far into the future like 2020.

a brand new cast of characters, arenas, deathtraps, fatalitys.
comes with a cd, visor, gloves, recharger, and body armor.

the cd is the game that you stick into the visor. the game loads up and you put the gloves on to do punches and other moves. when you get hit in the gut the armor gives you an actual nudge to feel the blow. if you get hit with an ice projectile the armor starts to feel cool but if your fighter gets hit with fire the armor gets warm very similar to an icy hot patch but built into the armor.

the graphics would look real and game would be rated m for mature. the visor would have built in speakers for sound. you would have to recharge the visor every couple days. the price would have to be between $1000 - $1500. the music would have a soundtrack but you would be able to customize it to your liking.
