Well they said is does show parts of the anatomy....testicles to be exact, but that's about as far as it goes. I don't really see it an issue since sniper elite had X-ray shots of people getting their testicles blown off.

You can get away with dicks and tits in video games now.
The previous Rockstar North games did.

And there's an old Midway game I believe, it's a Blitz game that actual showed a man's ball sack in X-Ray view at that, getting crushed....it explodes...So yeah, I'm sure it's all good.

This will probably be one of the best X-Rays.
