These are just ideas, not confirmation of anything.

Jason

Live: from the third and fourth movies and the reboot, when he was alive. He can run and wields his machete. Flinches from attacks. Takes less damage than most other characters. His attacks are mostly powerful and close-range.

Classic: based on the part 2 version, when he wielded a pitchfork. This variant adds weapons from the movies with more range, but Jason takes more damage than he does in his Live variant (just for gameplay purposes).

Undead: from "Jason Lives" to Freddy vs Jason. He barely flinches from any attacks, and has just as much durability as he does in the Live Variant, but he cannot run, and either shouldn't be able to jump or only pitifully so. Movewise, he's got both short and long-range weapons.


Predator

Classic: Based on the first two movies. Adds the disc, the speargun and the missile from the second movie, which upon hitting the opponent burns at them temporarily.

Serpent Hunter: Based on the AVP movies. Adds the Shurikens, the whip (from Requiem), the Chopper Predator's large wristblades (Chopper was the first Predator who died in AVP), the net and the lance.

Super: Based on Predators. Adds the hounds, and invisible net traps on the ground.

The Plasmacaster (Shoulder Cannon) and the cloaking should be available in each variants.
