I'd totally prefer Bo' Rai Cho over Havik. It's just a shame that most fans can't look past his fart/puke gimmick. It was no worse than JC's eye rolling cheesiness tbh. If he were to be included, I seriously hope people don't think it would have the same execution that it had in MKDA/MKD.

It was done elementary gag style in those games, but with this new serious tone they've got going on, I really do think that it would be majorly toned down.

But even if can you put that out of your mind, he's an all around excellent character. Fantastic story, decent designs, great personality, and was a blast to play as in those games. The Puke Puddle was my only gripe, but it's because that was near useless. Although that's not saying much since you could easily sidestep the majority of the projectiles anyway.

Noob, Havik, or Reiko.

It's gotta be NOOB! Smoke is clearly the hidden character behind that "?" just like in MK3

I'm praying for it to be Rain.

I am verymuch hoping there's still a surprise or two left in the hidden character dept. MK9 had a small handful of characters we would absolutely never have known were in the game if not for the demo hack. And this game has had no demo hack. So... I feel like it could happen.

Oh sure, we've had a few alleged "insider" leaks. Some of which look pretty close to being on the mark. But MK9 had those too. And if not for the demo hack, still would have kept a few secrets.

So I'm hoping by god! lol... I've braced myself if this is the whole roster. So I won't be too disappointed. But I'm hoping.

If there is more than one, which is unlikely at this point, I could see Baraka, Rain, Bo, Smoke, Sektor, Cyrax etc.. But i don't see any of them being important enough to the story to be the one that unlocks after beating it.

Characters that could potentially be unlocked after beating story mode imo:

Fujin (Most of his moves are covered by Kitana and Kung Lao, but i don't think it would be hard to give him a bunch of new ones, might be saved for DLC like MMH)

Reiko

Havik

Noob (Kind of unlikely because of Quan and Johnny having his moves, but none of the moves are exact replicas)

Shang Tsung (I don't think they'll have two move stealing type characters)

Shao Kahn

If this is true, and he happens to be the final boss, I hope he is still Havik and not a monster on roids like Armageddon Blaze.

It definitely won't be Noob since the Sub-Zero in the game is Bi Han. I think the unlockable will either be the MKX boss or a big shocker...Shao Kahn...or if my hunch is right both. ;)

I hope to sweet baby jesus its Rain. I'd be more than happy if it was Reiko, Noob, or Havik. Realistically I STILL think its fuckin Shinnok.

Baraka would be awesome as well, and I still think he's a contender.

Rain HAS to be it tho because all the other characters have a shot at DLC whereas Rain is confirmed not to be DLC this time around. Its kinda all or nothing with him.

F, B, 4: Leo runs off-screen, screaming hysterically, and reappears on the other side. Tricky teleport move. You might do well against Marksman Erron Blacks.

I don't have pop-ups, so you jugglers are out luck. But if you input 1, 1, Up+3 really fast (before my Cower Away animation, which kicks in every three seconds) I will push them really hard and slap their their foot as they fall. You'll have to Enhance this move if you want them to fall, though.

I perform my Fatalities while crying. They don't involve a lot of blood because I suffer from hemophobia.

Who am I kidding, no one will ever beat Blood God Reiko with me, so I'll just spoil you.

I would have said Fujin but im like positive that he will be the Martian Manhunter of MKX. He will be the most requested character.

I could see it being Rain, Reiko or Havik too. Depends if Havik is like a Shao Kahn type boss or Superman type boss.

Cyber Subby was unlocked halfway through MK9 maybe there will be two.

NRS said they were trying to fit as much as they could in. Maybe the leaked was real but they were able to cram a couple more in.
