Yes! Tournament modes are fun in ANY fighting game, whether its MK4 or Smash Bros!

Has anyone asked Ed Boon on twitter about it already? Boon really must to consider this mode. I think it is not hard to create basic one up to 16 characters... The new Smash Bros Wii U game gonna have it via DLC soon, MK needs it too

I would love a tournament mode, especially an online one.

I wonder how the concept of MK3-T style prizes for this and a harder Choose Your Destiny would feel in MKX. Couple cinematics? Hidden fight(s)? Fatality theater? Extra koins?

Hoping they include the Fatality Theatre Mode in MKX.

I honestly don't feel like Tournament Mode really needs a prize. I think just having that mode and that choice of format for fights would be great. But if if had to have prizes, I think Fatality Theater, Hidden Fights, and Koin bonuses are right on the money.

There's also the possibility of end-Arcade ladder prizes. Including your character's ending mixed in there somewhere...just to make things interesting.

Koins are tricky though, it was kind of irritating having 7.9M Koins with nothing to spend it on. But I'm sure they've thought about that.

On that note, I just love how we still hardly know ANYTHING about what the game itself has to offer in terms of Story Mode plot/interactions, ROSTER, Mini-games, or the Krypt. Yet...the majority(myself included) are now preoccupied with the comic(s).

Yes I REALLY want a tournament mode! Its a blast in smash bros and id love to have friends over for some MK tourney's. Online tournaments would be awesome!
