I disagree. I think their costumes are a good representation of their culture. plus the characters are fighters with nice bodies why not show them off? which is why the men are sleeveless and in some cases shirtless. The men literally show more skin than the women...but thats just my opinion

The females' designs are all fine. They're no where near the embarrassment of MK9's female designs.

Until reading a bunch of the posts in this thread, I honestly thought a majority of MKO users were SJWs. My faith in (this very minuscule subsection of) humanity has been restored.

As for OP, he's a known troll.

Why is that? Li Mei wears purple and Mileena wears dark pink/magenta. Two totally different colour's.

While I mostly agree with the notion that Li Mei = Purple and Mileena = Pink, some of Li Mei's costumes have erred on the pinkish side, and some of Mileena's have leaned toward the purple side.

Li Mei's Deadly Alliance main had some slightly pinkish lilacs in it (the sash in particular), and her Deadly Alliance alt was a downright rosey-metallic pink.

Mileena's MK2-MKG looks all used a much more dark orchid/purpley-pink color than her later looks. If you really stop and LOOK at some of her UMK3 sprites, she's downright friggin' purple. As much as I hate to admit it, because I've always thought of her as pink. Deception was the first game I'd say she jumped out as a definitively PINK pink.

Even this damn website's Mileena themed color-scheme (which I've been using and looking at for like over 5 years now) is like 75% purple with a few pink aspects.

Add to that the fact that they both have black hair, use sais, and even have names with similar "Mi" and "Li" sounds, and it's not an unfair comparison imo.
