You can't be serious. Mileena doesn't have a biological father as she is a clone.
Her biology is Kitana's biology, so yes. But it seems Mileena still wouldn't care, as she sees Shao Kahn as her father. Ermac siding with Mileena might reference the fact that it is also eluded to Shao Khan's soul resides in Ermac.
But of course, that also contradicts the events of the game, but frankly, the outworld parts of the story mode make no sense and it seems the comic is trying to explain it away as much as possible.
Stuff in the story mode that makes no sense:
*Kotal Kahn and the others depose Mileena for refusing to help Earthrealm, then they do the exact same thing.
*Also Mileena refers to the Earthrealm Warriors as being her father's murderers. Though in the new timeline, they didn't. The Elder Gods did. The Earthrealm Warriors barely fought him at all. It could be argued that Raiden tricked him into defeating everybody, but that logic would only make sense to Raiden.
*No reason is given for the realms de-merging after Shao Kahn is killed in the original timeline, but not in the new timeline.
*besides a tea party with Scorpion and Sub Zero, nothing that happened in that 20 year gap was worth mentioning.
