Whats an MK rally???

As in MK characters racing around in cars. Blowing each other up. I reckon it could be awesome.

That idea aint half bad. Midway seems to love to joke around and throw funny crap in with all the MK games. The characters can even use their special moves from the game ex: Scorpion throws his spear and when it latches on to an opponent he yanks it launching him forward and the opponent back. ex2: Sub-Zero shoots his ice and freezes his opponent or lays down ice for people to slip on. I think it would be a riot and as long as they used a good racing engine like Diddy Kong Racing (the best mini-racing game of all time) it would be an fun game to play. Racing through the Netherealm and what not having zombies pop outta the lava and try and grab your car, now thats what I call a good time.

Yeah, like Mario kart, but with MK. It could easily be done. They have the characters (obviously) and the themes for tracks etc etc.

Over at Dave MK forums however, the idea has been declared as "lame". I'm glad some people here don't thrash stuff straight away.

Yeah i suppose that would be cool but critics would say that they are going a bit to far. yes like marion cart with guts and brains flying everywhere

It'd be a fun mini-game concept, but as a seperate game, I think not.

I agree with Jerrod, it would be a disaster if it was a game by itself.

It sounds like way more fun than any MK game released since 1996.

Yeah, even it in a mini game would be fun. 8 of so reacers, 5 or 6 tracks, weapons (fatalities). Would be awesome.
