Could be that the file on XB is more compacted, sort of like a zip file.

6 GB is the amount of information that you have downloaded among All the patches for the game in PS4

Yeah, this latest patch was something like .14GB, since the 6.050GB is the total for all patches released so far. .14GB seems awfully small for such a huge list of fixes. Hmmm.
