adding characters in story mode as cameos doesn't mean shit to me. If I can't play as the characters I like, they might as well not be in the game at all. I don't really care about story mode that much. The pvp is what I care about and the roster (while even stupid characters look decent enough) just plain sucks a fat one. I would much rather have a mk9 rehash over ANY of the new characters. Could I imagine the possibility of smoke, kabal, sindel, ect. Would be alot better than a sonya/JC half breed, a jax ripoff, a night wolf ripoff......U get the point.

To me, yeah. Robots are not mortal. It never made sense to me. But I'm in the minority.

Sorry for being salty, guys. I'm just tired of people complaining about the roster. When you're a fan of minor characters such as Tanya, Mavado, Li Mei, etc., listening to people constantly whine about the exclusion of characters that were just featured heavily in the previous game and the only ones given any extras s and skins gets exhausting.

I still feel like the most likely candidates for Kombat Pack 2 are Fujin, Li Mei, Bo Rai Cho and Rain since they all have new models for this game. Sindel's model was updated but not to the extent of the others.

MK11 will probably bring back Cyrax and Sektor.

Tell me this is not a plot hole. If Quan Chi restored Subby's full body why didn't he restore Jax's arms? Surely Jax was powerful before he got his metal arms and now even with his metal arms he isn't getting any moves that relate to them like the missiles in MK3. I guess the more truthful explanation for why Subby is back as human is "Fuck you we want him back as human"

Tend to disagree I don't mind cyborgs but they are no way as a big of a deal to mk as the ninjas are. Leaving the ninjas out of mk3 was a massive mistake and they realised that hence why they fixed it quick smart with umk3 and mkt which saw more ninjas then ever! And every game since then has had a good ninja representation.

The cyborgs were introduced to try and replace the ninjas but they never could and never will

Cyborgs not being in is not an issue for me. I mean come on we got Tanya Predator, Jason ,Goro even fucking Tremor and you people complain about cyborgs? I mean..really? So what if cyborgs didn't make the cut? It's fucking MK guys!Enjoy it!

Generally speaking many MK fans see this as a demerit to the game since guest characters "replace" any pre-existing MK characters that did not make the cut.

However, I am generally anti-DLC so whatever doesn't seem to spit in my face sounds good, so bring on more DLC guest characters. I'd rather not have fan favorites hidden behind a paywall.

Dlc is basically working over time. Nrs should still be payed for it

Well, MKDA had Cyrax. MKD had no cyborgs. MKA had everyone. MK vs DC had no cyrbogs. MK9 had cyborgs. MKX has no cyborgs.

It seems like a pattern that I'm okay with. I like Cyrax and Sektor but them sitting this game out is good in my book. Let them come back next game or in a DLC pack.

The problem with next game? Its 4 years away at the earliest....

I kind of wish they would do an MK Tournament edition that was just solely fighting and characters and not story driven in between storied games. If that makes sense.
