When Ed Boon was asked what other game would he like to make besides mortal kombat, he said "the Grid 2".

And Midway using the Unreal 3 Engine "the grid 2" would be badass. It sucked enough that the first grid game never made it to home systems, so maybe here is our chance. A shooter game with Mortal Kombat Characters, and maybe on the premium edition it would have the 1st grid arcade game.

Gee did nobody in here like "the grid"? I thought it was fun, running around with noob saibot, scorpion and sub-zero was a blast,

I think MK needs a tournament shooter, and with the unreal 3 engine its perfect.

hell, i'd be happy if the first game got a port. i thought for sure the xbox would've gotten one, but nothing ever happened. maybe on xbox live or the ps3 online service may get it, but damn it sucks it never came out. but yeah, the grid 2 would be pretty damn sweet too.

Was it ever made for MAME? I've never seen an arcade that had the game, I only got to read about it way back when.

The Grid ran on the same Engine as MK4 "Zues" and MAME cannot run ZUES as of yet so MK4 and the grid is not playable on MAME.

The Grid would be kool if it was released on PS3 online and xbox360 live. Or would be kool if it was released on the premium edition of "the grid 2" or a new midway arcade treasures. But id rather have the first grid now online.

Ive found a couple grid arcades from time to time but they always want way to much, so I keep passing, just hoping that it will be released on home systems sometime soon.
