Rain, Chameleon, Jade, Nightwolf, Noob, Cyrax, Sektor, Smoke, Baraka, Shang Tsung, Fujin, Reiko, and Motaro.

Throw in Reptile, Scorpion, Kitana, Sub-Zero, Mileena, and Tanya and BAM.

Pro: They do seem to be killing off the duds like Mavado and Hsu Hao off while Fujin and Frost are kept alive. You know those Red Dragon goons won't be coming back anytime soon.

Con: Don't see it happening with the Outworld returnees for X, Special Forces and Shaolin coming back with Raiden, Sub, and Scorpion in tow.

Tanya is liked by Ed, solid fan base, and was supposed to be in MK9. I don't see her being excluded from the main roster.

Li Mei/Frost are liked by fans and devs, but I doubt both will make it. One may be DLC.

other fan faves like Noob, Smoke, Reptile, Baraka, Kabal may appear also.
