So, some of you know I attended Eurogamer last Thursday. Had an absolute BLAST and MKX blew me away. Haven't really had a chance to update since then.

Anyway, the WB promoter saw how excited I was to be on the stand. I explained I'd taken the day off work and basically come to the show exclusively to see MKX. WB guy then asked if I wanted to meet one of the designers. Well, practically collapsed with excitement!! So, brought me round to meet Derek Kirtzic (I'll upload pictures later on). He was amazing, super friendly and obviously loves the MK community, wanted to know how I found the gameplay on a more technical level.

After some chat about gameplay, I asked him straight if there were gonna be any MK4-Deception characters. He took a looonng pause, then said he couldn't say. Then I asked directly if Havik would be in the game. He paused again, seemed a little surprised - or caught out, - then again said he couldn't say. Did the same for Tanya. He was laughing and again, couldn't say - job depended on it.

Then, at the end, "I can't confirm anything, but what I will say is you're gonna be extremely happy with the direction the series has taken.."

So, there we go - news-ish
