About Me

Keep dunking your Kenshi breadsticks into your Skarlet sauce, people! The main course isn't coming for a while, and you never know when it's going to be disappointing.

I'll always cheer for Stryker to be in. wink

I've been having a hunch that the storyline will deal in conflicting timelines, but I'll wait and see. But honestly: Special Forces, zombie under Quan Chi's control, regular police officer, Ron Pearlman... I'll always support my bae.

I don't want to see any more "walkers" in a MK game. When they did it with Liu Kang (poor guy) it was just weird and felt like a desperate attempt to make Kang fans happy that he was included.

Unless they can come up with a look for Stryker that is unzombie-like (Noob Saibot for example) he should either remain dead or be resurrected in human form. If he is human again I would love to see his abilities enhanced, you know like he realizes that if he's going to survive this time around, he has to be the BEST and he becomes a great marksman.

Stryker joining the special forces would be so damn dull and predictable. No wonder many like the idea.

I wouldn't mind Stryker joining the Seidan academy though. I was also thinking of him being converted to chaos by Havik.

Design-wise, I'd like him to look like his chubbier-looking (as he really was ripped but his shirt made him look fat) MK3 self again. He really had a "fuck you scrubs" appeal to him, basically he was trollish, in the more flattering definition of the word (as in, someone who trolls the typical internet troll). He should also get his roundhouse kick from MK3 back, as there was just something goofy about it, the flying baton grab, which was more entertaining than the rollin' version, and the classic version of his dynamite fatality, where he plugged his ears.

Since we're going to get multiple versions of certain characters, then we could get three versions of Stryker: The MK3 version, that I mentioned above, who comes from the original timeline, the MK9 one, now undead and under Quan Chi's control, and the MKA one, though we could do without that one, imo. But if we can only get one version, then it should be the MK3 one.

Thanks man for the compliment! The Tear Gas would make another great addition to his move-set.

That is not Stryker. Stryker is just a cop. That's his storyline. Being a normal human among mosters with crazy powers. Jax is the SF guy with the metal arms. Kabal is the cop that was turned into a whatever-that-is. If you want a guy that looks like this, better make a new character.

But Stryker is part of the military or isn't he? I learnt in I.T/Business a concept called future-proofing, future-proofing is the process of anticipating the future and developing methods of minimizing the effects of shocks and stresses of future events. So shouldn't the military have some kind of badass armour or suit?

Joining the army while rotting in Hell is a pretty neat trick. Truly Stryker is the greatest of the chosen ones.

Lmao. Love this reply HAHA. And if Vogel's logic still holds true for these re-tellings. Then none of them truly died.

You know going into MK 9, I wasn't a Stryker fan. But boy did they make me one. He was easily in my top 5 to use online and offline. So I'd welcome a return to be honest. glasses
