Images of Sareena, Rain & Tanya are floating around.

Where are they currently floating? I started watching from when he quit story mode so I missed all that.

Do you have the links? I didn't see Tanya.

They are 12, not counting the training arena. And I'm totally NOT fine with that. At the very least they should have included the stages from the Special Forces and the Black Dragon faction menus.

They ARE lazy and in terms of the diversity of arenas, MKX is a sub-standard product. A dozen stages is not enough and we don't really have even one in-doors background. MKX is the first in the series to do that. It's weirding me out.

Id like to see rain. If someone can link, thanks.

Well there's an image of Tanya floating around. Apparently you fight vs her in story mode but she doesn't have variations. She has the same outfit you see in the trailer where you see the 4 dlc characters...

Could it be that the characters that are redesigned but aren't playable, are going to be the dlc characters?

By that I mean Rain, Fujin, Li Mei and Bo Rai Cho?

Thought I'd give my thoughts on what I saw;

-Game looks great, incredibly polished and visually outstanding
-The Krypt looks fucking godlike. Can't wait to explore it
-Glad to see there's a character viewer back.
-Like how you can choose your arena in fatality trainer
-SO glad to see Player vs COM. The lack of it in MK9 was a huge loss.
-This one is personal, but I was so glad to see that Kano Commando's variation is still yellow.
-From the two seconds of story mode I saw, it looked fairly decent but I can't really comment on it.
-Liu Kang has THE best win pose.
-Bit dissapointed about Shinnok being the unlockable character, but something tells me he's not the only one and that NRS are making Shinnok a red herring. We'll have to wait and see.

That's it I guess. That's what stood out, but this stream has only made me even more hyped for release day.

It's looking like they are 100% on the shortlist at least.

Tanya looks a little better, seems like you fight her at Kuatan Jingle, same as Rain.

Rain is definitely 100% fightable. I wonder if he'll be DLC. I can imagine the Kombat Pack 2 being Rain and Fujin with two other fightable characters with NEW designs.

Did somebody record it? Ustream doesn't seem to archive those videos... or I can't find them...

Certainly hope so.
Don't mind having Rain again as dlc. He has relevance in the story atleast. So does Fujin so that already makes me happy.

Yeah. Pretty ironic though he said a big leak was happening today from his end. He was right, just wasn't his end. Yet another lucky guess on his part. LOL

btw yesterday Ed Boon hinted at Baraka the same way he did with Rain in mk9. He's gonna be dlc.

If Tanya's fightable in story mode then I hope Tremor is. That'd be awesome. I don't know about anyone else but this stream has increased my hype tenfold

Yeah, the more I think about it the more I get confused. The guy is either incredibly lucky about some things or a genuine leaker, but the fact he's contradicted himself several times just makes him shady as fuck in my book. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

MK9 had over 20 stages, not counting the day/night variations.

MKD had over 20 arenas.

MKDA had 17 stages.

See my point? We can compare MKX only to the extremely rushed MK4 game with its 11 arenas. But... MK Gold had more arenas than MKX. So in terms of arena count, MKX is teleporting us back to the standard of the 90's, unless DLC arenas are planned down the road.

Now...

Speaking about my salt, why not speak about your DENIAL. When you're saying 13 arenas do not bother you, you're actually SAYING the OPPOSITE of what you're FEELING. Come on, you know it's true. You can fool yourself but you can't fool me.
