I have a few ideas that I wanted to share.
So, we know that Quan Chi has an army of fallen heroes. I think they will be:
Liu Kang
Kung Lao
Jax
Stryker
Sindel
Kitana
Nightwolf
Kabal
I think Smoke might be given to the Lin Kuei and turned into cyber smoke. And this would align the lin kuei with the netherealm.
Idk how but I think Jade will get away. I have a big feeling we are gonna see her and Tanyas rivalry play out.
It was said that multiple people will come into power in Outworld.
I think possible candidates could be Reiko or a nonchildish Mileena with Baraka.
I feel like we will see a hint at Shujinko and Onaga. But Shujinko isnt successful in resurrecting Onaga. I believe in deadly alliance reptile is used as a host body for onaga. I dont think that will happen again.
I would like to see Kano recruit Kira. I think Kira could be a pretty good character if she was give new moves. I think we could see Kobra and Jarek. But the only one id like playable would be Kira.
Now with Sub-Zero not being a part of Quan Chi's army. I think Sareena rescues him.
If im correct, I believe that Li Mei's storyline was that she was protecting her village from the Deadly Alliance. In the new timeline, she seeks out Raidens help from the netherrealms forces.
Quan Chi and Shinnok will recruit Hotaru and the Orderrealm. I also think the Havik will side with the netherrealm and then backstab them because of Hotaru and just to cause chaos.
I think Cyrax will be reprogrammed.
Raiden will gather a group to fight for Earthrealm including:
Sub-Zero
Sareena
Cassie Cage
Kenshi
Cyrax
Fujin
Jade
Bo Rai Cho
Li Mei
I would like to see Frost but idk how to fit her in.
I believe we will see cameos of Drahmin and Moloch before his beheading among the Netherrealm army.

Sorry you have such a problem. Why do you feel the need to decide what goes where? Why cant we have a discussion about a game we all like? But ya know, no on on these threads will ever get along, mainly because of people like you being rude for no reason. It dont matter though. Feel how ya want.

Remember that MK is taking a new direction and that the story is revolving around Kotal Kahn's rule according to Ed. If the game will indeed carry 24 characters, then that will mean half the cast will be new due to there being 'the highest amount of new characters', also coming from Ed. The story will follow them instead of reverting back to older and more obscure ideas. There will be cameos here and there, but don't expect much from the MKDA-MKA part of the series now that so much has changed.
