Would you guys be approving or disapproving to the addition of stage transitions? I liked them in IGAU and I think they may work well in MKX if they implemented it correctly. Do you think them being added to the game will make it too much like Injustice, especially since (judging from the trailer) there may be stage intractables as well?

Yes, but based on the grittiness and "realism" of the trailer, I'd want them to steer clear of super hero like transitions, like injustice. But throwing someone throw a door in a dojo into another room and shit? Fuck yeah.

Mhmm. Yeah. What this guy said. They did well in DecepDeception. They can do it well here.

Yea basically whats already been said.

Punched into the air, hit by a flying rocket, and then carried by said rocket until it hits a wall and explodes...no.

Knocked off a ledge and land on a new portion of the level...Yea!

The only Stage transition I'd like to see from Injustice, is when the character kicked the crap out of his opponent in the Elevator. Otherwise keep it short and sweet like everyone else already said.

Just to add on to what everyone else is saying. punched right through an entire building? No thanks. Something simple like being knocked down a set of stairs? I'm all for it.

I'll be cool with stage transitions, as long as they're simple like in deception. Those in injustice seemed too... lethal.

This.

If the don't do stage transitions I would like them to consider using a loop design to some levels. The most annoying thing is getting caught in the imagine "wall" at the end of a level. Even if I am the one delivering the punishment to my foe I still feel cheap using the "wall" to my advantage. Would like to see it removed in some if not all levels.

Levels such as the cold forest shown in the trailer would be easy to implement a loop design. If the level is in a building then we can hope for stage transitions and, well, at least in a building the wall is not imaginery.

I think a loop design of stages would be terrible, because you'll undoubtedly have people who just constantly run away.

But wouldn't people have to be hit into the transition? I thought in Injustice it was a type of attack, and if you hit the opponent with that attack in a certain part of the level, they'd move to a new area. It's not like people will be able to run to the side of the arena and keep transitioning.

The only transitions I want to see is quick ones like MK3, none of that eye candy "look at this motherfucker fly for 10 seconds" like Injustice had.
