Is anyone else reminded of Deadly Alliance and Deception when listening to some of these stage tracks?

From what I hear of Quan Chi's Keep, The Kove, and The Dead Woods it's straight up PS2 era music and I love it.
I can't hear any of the music in most of the stages. What I did hear seemed to be mostly generic orchestrated and metal stuff which kinda bummed me out.

I am surprised no one on youtube has posted the music for all 13 stages yet it is shocking to me.wow

Music doesn't stand out to me much so far...need a better listen. The sounds tho are amazing.

I haven't really paid attention to the music yet except for the main menu music which I really like.

Emperor's Courtyard (Round 2) is fantastic. It really harkens back to House of Pekara in Deadly Alliance. More percussion and spooky choir elements.

Too bad I don't think it even remotely goes with the stage. It should've been in the Jinsei Chamber.

The music hasn't really stood out for me, either. I think I'll make a custom soundtrack using Nine Inch Nail's Ghosts album.
