I still believe that brutalities will be the returning ality and That the stage fatalities will involve animals in each level. Boon said in the last game that they had great ideas for brutalities but didn't have enough time to implement them

Boon could have been trolling, even though it was in an interview that he said it. Who knows though, just have to wait and see.

Does Living Forest stage fatality counts as Stage Animality ?

Two totally different things. The living forest won't be in MKX.

I'm not a big fan of this "stage animality" idea. It could be used for only a couple of arenas (the tiger, for example), but not for ALL.
