I think this Mortal Kombat has the best looks for the female characters of all time, both costume wise and physically.

Absolutely, but being an MK fan I need to find something to complain about and this time, it's the necks. All the females have long necks, it seems they traded man face for giraffe neck.

Sonya has got the best female face by far in my opinion. Thank goodness. Kitana has the worst.

I seen better faces and some characters like sonya have a really plain look. I could probably get similar clothes out of my friends closet.

Yeah, it works for Dvorah and i was fine with Cassie's long neck, but Sonya and Kitana having then bothers me because they didn't have it before.

Kitana looked ugly the first time we saw her unmasked, but her face looks great on the mournful variation render, i think they changed it. Sonya's faction portrait is also ugly, so either her face was also modified, or her oldest variation has a man face.

Am I the only one who thinks the female legs are a little too much on the short side? It seems to be the same size as their torso :-/

I think NRS is having fun with differently proportioned characters after everyone was the exact same size in MK9 lol.

I'm all for that, but (unless all that crack is messing with my eyesight) I've noticed the short, stumpy legs on all the females. First noticed it on Cassie, but dismissed it as "Okay, maybe she's just on the shorter side"... then Kitana seemed unusually short... and now ol' Super-Legs Sonya as well. I think even if there are indeed nuanced model differences, the basic height and limb proportion seems to be the same for the girls, and they're striking me as a tad bit too small in stature.

BTW, I know I'm nitpicking, and it really doesn't bother me that much, but heck, why not discuss everything?

She is the best looking female so far, and the best looking female since Armaggedon (back then it was Kitana). Cassie Also looks very good, Kitana looked a little fat, but then they released the variations picture and she looked good again.

Mk3 , UMK3, Trilogy, and she also voiced and did mokap for her in MK4 and Gold. The new one is second only to Kerri.

Leg length is half of body height, and from freeze-framing the gameplay videos to see when she's standing up straight, her legs look about right. Maybe it's just her legs look shorter than usual because she isn't wearing heels now?

I actually liked her face in MK9. The way I see it, most fans expect her to be some blonde bombshell because of Kerri Hoskins and Bridgette Wilson. But in the beginning, we had Elizabeth Malecki and the comics which gave her masculine features. So I was okay with her physical appearance in the previous game because for me, it kind of went back to basics. I find it unfortunate that her design led to fans saying she looks like a transvestite (which by the way is transphobic). I honestly wish you guys would make up your minds. One minute, you're complaining about the revealing outfits and large breasts being fanservice. And the next, you reject the team's efforts to make the female characters actually look strong.
