I think it would be an awesome concept. Not sure how well it would sit with the rabid Kitana fans but the variation system allows the possibility to incorporate different play styles within the same character so we could have some Mileena elements in her gameplay. It could also connect nicely to MK9's ending.

Why would they go through the trouble of making a big trailer that titles Kitana, when you think its Mileena. I mean, the signature fan weapons are there. If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck it might be a damn duck. I thought Mileena had yellow eyes, just like Baraka and Sheeva. This new Kitana in MKX has regular eyes.

Have they released her variations? that would definitely help dispelling any doubts. Kitana getting revived over everyone else just because of fan request is fucking awful. Mileena impersonating her, which totally makes sense, given the recent changes in the storyline would make everything so much better.

This is Milleena's chance to seize power, using the the title of princess of Edenia and the late Emperor's daughter. Outworld is finally within her grasp.

And an alliance with Baraka/Reptile would be even better.
