Alive: Jax, Sonya Blade, Kenshi, Kitana, Scorpion, Kano, Johnny Cage, Liu Kang, Kung Jin
Unknown fate: Johnny Cage, Sindel, Smoke, Kung Lao, Bo Ri Cho, Rain, Tanya, Ferra/Torr, Reptile, Kotal Khan, Sub-Zero, Ermac, Erron Black, Sareena, Li Mei, Frost, Reiko
So, where does that leave us? Well thanyfully only

was killed as well. But, I think the biggest problem is that we don't know what happened to all those other characters. We can asumed that most of them are alive but maybe some of them were killed. But, with some of the most important characters dead, i wonder what netherrealm has in store. It's gonna be interesting to see where it goes, but my guess is that the next time we'll see will be in maybe 4 ot 6 years (since there's been a two years between each of netherrealms games and since they might work on 1 or 2 games before coming back.)
