What are your thoughts?

I think they should be involved but that doesn't mean Shujinko should be involved as well.

No Shujinko, you are the demons.

And then Shujinko was a kamidogu.

Nah then they would be going back to MKA. Hopefully they steer it into a whole new direction.

Depends on whether or not they can do a whole game out of just "Shinnok invades" or if they wanna pull a swerve where Onaga shows up too.

Yes.

We can't deny the Kamidogu don't exist, and Raiden now can stop Shujinko from giving Onaga his power, or even hep hem obtain Shinnok's Amulet so they get teleported to the Elder Gods, who help the dumbass Raiden (again) destroy the antagonist.

There you go NetherRealmn, I just gave you the ending for the next game.

Oh, and from the looks of it, I would assume (ASSUME) that Shujinko has by now (in the new timeline) obtained 4 Kamidogu, maybe 5. But NOT all 6.

I'm not dead set against these Kamidogus but i wouldn't mind if they weren't even mentioned. If it means that we can be offered some better piece of story, Involving Onaga or not, they should just forget about them.
