I definately agree that Rain should be brought back. He has great potential, and they could turn him into an awesome character, just like they did with Ermac.

IMO Rain would look bad ass as a Knight. Here are some looks that I think would fit him pretty well:




That look along with an Armor-helmet would be sweet IMO.




Another good look IMO, as long as the red parts on the knight are changed to purple.

I would like to see Rain have looks like these if he's in MK7.

Man THIS SUCK! Rain has to be ninja!

He weren't a ninja in the first place just a cheap palette swap.

However I do agree that an armored edenian look would fit him if he's to be back. Those armors are pretty nice BTW, and if you look at Li meis armor, you might get the puicture of an original chinese armor for Rain.

A 100% canon purple looking ninja would be the end of the series for me.

He would look like a knight or something and end up being another Hotaru, which would really ruin his character. If Rain is brough back he would have to have his old ninja look with the purple costume. But the outfit would have to be made to personalize it specially for Rain like they did with Sub's and Scorpion's outfits in Deception.

Have that type of look but maybe more agile looking like Darkness from the comic, maybe keep the cape or not, I’m not sure.

He doesn't have to be a ninja. A more sleek fantasy English type armor would look cool.

IMO the best look for Rain ive seen so far is your concept of him. He has his own feel to him and yet still looks like a ninja.

rain and tanya should be left in the past because they were stupid when they first came out and still are. nothing you could do to them could make them better, so just give it up. they only difference between rain and ermac were colors and a few different moves. and what kind of guy wears purple??? come on guys, really....
