Realistic 3D graphics, classic 2D gameplay all the way.

I think most people agree that graphically mk should be 3d.

I think 2d plane or 3d plane GAMEPLAY is where the argument starts.

I have already stated my opinion so i dont really care. until someone presents a great argument i aint saying jack.................

cause really it could be either but because the mk team does NOT know how make 3d fighting games this question lingers around. i figure the BEST thing for them is to go back to 2d gameplay because they seemed comfortable while doing that style of gameplay. but they had more TIME to do the game this time around so i'll wait and judge mk9......

2D playing field

so I'll call it 2.5D.

MKvsDC was close to this but failed, it tried to have a 2D playing field but the jumps and connects were off. And of course you could side step which was ok for me.
