no wonder everyone wanted to play as him in MK2. If they gave him Morph at will in MK2 he would be banned in tournaments. Think about the combo possibilities by morphing back and forth at will. I. E. Press Up, Up to morph into Scorpion. If you wanna morph back into Tsung you gotta press up, up again otherwise you will stay as Scorpion until round ends.
Example. Morph back to Tsung from Kitana would be Block 3 times. Note: You cannot morph from Scorpion into another character. You always gotta morph back into Tsung. Still that mechanic would be game breaking.

Yup, bring him back in his MKDA form and older self. That would be good. Also loose the 1-3 fireballs, the ones he had in MKDA were perfect. Sideways skullblatsts ruled.

Well agreed! Bring back the Shang from MK1! I was a bit disappointed in Konquest mode for MKD since there was no attention to detail for some characters. When you meet Shang Tsung for the MK1 tournament with Shujinko, he looks like he does from MKDA! And when you meet Scorpion in the Nether Realm, he looks like the champion of the Elder Gods!

If they brought Shang back with is morphing ability, he would still retain his styles of combat, but open up bold new oportunities with Kombat specials like Sub-Zero's freeze. And He should have his Flaming Skull back! In MKDA I was looking forward to seeing it but got nothing but a fireball! Let me calm down.

I'm going to e-mail Midway, and hopfully see if my opinion amounts to anything, but it probably doesn't.

Actually the skull is there in MKDA, but almost unnoticably hidden in the flames.

If they bring him back....Hopefully Midway will bring back the morphs!!!!!!!!!

Shang Tsung rocks. He has one of the best storylines of the game. I would definitely love to see him in his Mk1 look again, like the render seen in Shaolin Monks. Tsung has a lot of potential.
