Looks like Quan Chi vs D'vorah, She is the only yellow character revealed aside from Scorpion. So it could be Scorpion as well.
But I think Ed boon is hinting at Ketchup and Mustard. I HOPE HE IS!
SEKTOR, I STILL HAVE HOPE <3.

Nevermind is was confimed to be D'Vorah on TYM
What I did is to zoom it max to fit my screen then walked at tree meters distance and I can see lil blurry but it's woman who is bend towards (back to us). The other picture I had to bulge or what ever is called that effect when you can actually rotate a picture angle a bit and there is she standing again. I believe it's sonya, she is clearly blonde, but that's all I can say, if you throw me the shoes picture I can look if the boots match!

Looks like D'vorah judging by what I can make out from the life bar. The variation above the name kinda looks like Swarm Queen.

It is D'Vorah. Ketchup confirmed on TYM himself that it was Quan vs. D'Vorah.

Don't mean to rain on your parade, but I believe those are two pro players that literally call themselves Ketchup and Mustard.

Ketchup and Mustard... Interesting... They are letting people who call themselves Ketchup and Mustard play the game before anybody else, I wonder what that means...

Literally nothing. They're just pro players.

Ed called them Ketchup and Mustard because the one uses a Red t shirt and the other a Yellow One. Nothing Else going on Here.

My intrigue over that guy Kotal Kahn lays the smack down on in his Sun God variation continues, but I think it's justified this time. I think it's the same dude (and am no longer convinced that was Smoke), and again, it looks like nobody we've seen, to my knowledge.
Guy looks...MASSIVE, bald, and wearing a brownish mask, like the guy in the Kahn shot above. A new costume for Torr? Tremor? A new, unknown character?

That's Quan Chi

I keep hearing this, and nobody's ever backed it up. It looks nothing like either Sub costume.
And I don't think it's Quan either unless it's an alt costume; He looks too tall, the armor is too bright, and I do not see his bat collar appendages next to his head.
Seriously, look at that height - there's maybe a head's worth of space between the life bar and the top of this dude's head. Quan isn't that tall.

I thought at first the arm bands, gauntlets, and kneepads looked like Quan Chi.
But Fujin apparently has a somewhat similar outfit, arm bands, forearm gauntlets, etc. Could he have a wind/smoke trail in one of his variations?

It is so totally Quan Chi. The exposed arms and the albino skin on them, the black armor... it might be an alt, but there is also definitely a collar around his head. Also, height doesn't mean much if it's zooming in on them for a move there as has been seen to happen; D'Vorah would also be incredibly tall there if she wasn't bent over. You can see him clearer on the less bright screen facing away from the camera, too.
I think we might have different perceptions of black because the armor that's being worn looks to me like a shade of tan, and is in any case way lighter than his pants, which still look darkish. Compare that to Quan's default outfit, which is various shades of black and don't deviate much; there's too much of a difference between shades here.
Note also the segment of armor at thigh level. This is very visibly one piece descending from waist level over both thighs and intersecting in the middle, kind of ninja-esque, but wider. Compare that to the two segments Quan wears over each of his thighs; it's not his default costume in any way, shape, or form.
As to zooming, I don't think any of that's going on. The giant spire in the back, off to the right of the floating fortress, looks about level with the curved rocks as we've seen them before in gameplay footage; I can still see its upper segments. And if anything is difficult to make out in this screenshot, it's D'Vorah. I can't even tell what position she's in much less make out her proportions next to her opponent.
And like I said before, the bat wing collar segments aren't visible at all. There's something around his lower head level, but it looks to me more like a brownish mask, which matches the guy Kotal slams.
Whatever the case, the only way this is Quan is if it's a completely, until now, unseen alt costume. My bet is it isn't, not at all.
