Supposedly you unlock her by giving out 250 respect points in King of the Hill.

I've given out much more than that though, and I still haven't unlocked her. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Dish out some more, it will eventually unlock. Just give 10 every single time no matter what lol

Does it have to be in the span of 1 KotH game? Or on private? Player? Klassic? Survivor?

I was in a regular/classic room when it unlocked for me, but I don't remember how much I had given out when it unlocked though :/

I would just go into a regular KOTH room, play around and enjoy yourself, and just make sure to give out 10 every time and I am sure it will eventually unlock for you.

Funny story...apparently I unlocked her at some point and my game just never notified me of said unlock.
