So everything was nice with the game but two or three days ago i got my horror skin pack locked again (Jason it's still playable) so i went to settings and the horror pack said it had a problem installing....i reinstalled and i've got no solution, the skins are locked.

Anybody else have this problems...i've read theres a lot of people having problems like this after the patch (ps4) but i've havent even got the patch yet so

i'm also afraid if i uninstall i may loose my savings and the things i've got from the codes like the Pack, and Goro and KW Scorpion

Yea I have that same problem and for me, I can't access them even though they are listed as installed.

It's the other way around for me. The skins work, but Jason doesn't.

This happens to me too. Before the Jason patch, I used to get Goro disappear on me almost every single time I started the game up. Once in a while, the samurai pack would disappear as well. After the Jason patch, now I'll usually get the horror pack costumes disappear, occasionally Jason will disappear and still Goro will sometimes disappear too.

You don't have to delete and reinstall anything, just from the main screen log out your gamertag and it'll take you back to the title screen. When it asks you who you are, log in your gamer tag and go to the characters select screen and check if all your content is there.

Seems to be some kind of glitch. Also, try starting the game up from "games & apps" menu on the Xbox dashboard instead of starting it from the main dashboard where the game might be available to start right away.

I been having this problem as well. What I usually do is uninstall the pack and reinstall. I also shut down my system and restart the game. Such a pain in the ass. Hope they fix this.

Great, now my horror pack doesn't show up at all. This is fucking bullshit, they need to fix this. When I go to manage game, it says installation stopped. I uninstalled and reinstalled, it's still not showing up. This is so stupid, why does DLC have to disapear every time?

I can confirm this as well. I have been playing MKX on Xbox One offline and the horror pack/Jason have been available as expected.

But when I logged online on Sunday, the 3 horror pack costumes relocked. I can still play as Jason though...

A shame, I really enjoyed Mileena's vampire costume... :(

Yeah, my skins disappeared after the patch too. This happened to me once before and I had to force system shut-down and then reinstall. That isn't even working this time.

I have had this issue a few times. I uninstall, then install managed items individually. Tends to work out for a while.

Not a super kombo dude but I like to rip shit up.

Ok the weirdest thing happened...i decided to uninstall the horror pack and install it again so i went to the manage apps and game menu and uninstalled the pack.

When i tried to install it again...it didn't...it just didn't do anything it is still under the "ready to install" section...but i do have the skins now...everything went back to normal at least for today.
