Just noticed in KOTH that Predator stats have started appearing as the developers test him - just wondering if anyone has seen Tremor's name appear yet?

Hoping too that with Shujinko and Havok in the comics. With Reptile's ending and the Dragon King eggs hanging in Quan Chi's fortress - Will Deception inspire the events of MK11?

Yeah I saw tremor the other day with 40 wins I think it was, also I hope the dragon king comes back in the next MK game I think he is a good possibility as this game was all about the netherrealm I think unlikely that the next game will be about Liu Lang and his undead friends maybe the dragon king will rise kill raiden and earthrealm, out world and netherrealm will need to unite to beat him! That would be pretty cool

"Will MK11 be based on Deception?"

Probably not. As the events of Deception occurred shortly after 4, as in twenty years before where MKX's storyline ended.

The "Boss" of MK11 will likely be Dark Raiden, who get's the Netherrealm and Shirai Ryu to join his War of attrition against all other realms and the Elder Gods. The Lin Kuei will probably oppose this, reigniting the rivalry between Subs and Scorpion.

I hope not.

Dark Raiden told Liu Kang and Kitana he'd face them head on during the credit scene. Dark Raiden is not "evil". He's lawful evil. He protects earthrealm offensively instead of defensively. Liu Kang represents a threat and he told him he would kill him.

Forcing a new Sub-Zero / Scorpion rivality would be such a big step backward.

I meant "based on" more that Onaga and Havok have deceived Shujinko - it could see the rebirth of the Dragons.

Onaga, and the two Edenian Brothers still exist in this world - the timeline has just paused.

Yes, but as with Shinnok and Quan Chi dead, Liu Kang and Kitana don't give a shit about Earthrealm: From their Story Mode dialog, and Raiden's post-credits dialog, they have a beef with how the Elder Gods let this all come to pass: Their interests align now.

(And they have the same eyes now. Spoopy.)
And it wouldn't be forcing the rivalry: the Lin Kuei and Shirai Ryu having different ideological priorities over interdimensional imperialism makes sense. In Raiden's ending the Shirai ryu are chosen by him to subjegate the other realms, but not the lin kuei. That seemed intentional.
And the rivalry is more interesting than tea party ninjas. You remember them bullshitting us with the context of them fighting in the MKX reveal teaser.

I REALLY hope the Sub-Scorp rivalry is over for good. Let's get something new.
