If pred and spawn are in this game... uh...MKX will have officially become an abombination for me. First all these mk9 returns and then "mkx won't have guest" now we're most likely getting guest? I've never turned down an mk game in my life. This gets any worse I'll have to sit this one out. I'm really hoping it don't come to that. This is not a rant this is just my own opinion on something that involves only myself. I'm not here trying to contradict or persuade anyone into my mentality.

Eventho it would b really easy to create a moveset and 3 variations for Predator, I pray to the Elder Gods he is NOT in this game.

Carl Weathers is probably lending his likeness as Jax and some derp got mixed signals. Think about it, whose going to play as AI Dillon when you have the fucking Predator? I think that would seriously be a waste of development time right there.

Yes, the Cyborgs and the Predator have many things in common, but there are enough differences between them to not make one another's inclusions redundant.

Ideally, there wouldn't be any guest characters at any point; but, admittedly, Predator feels like a better choice than Spawn. Lesser of two evils.

How about you look past it and play the game? Will two characters really ruin the game for you? That's insane if it does, and from the look at your post it will. I'm not too on board with Predator, but Spawn would be just fine. And MK9 returns? When will people stop saying that when all these returns are just old vets, they're not "mk9 returns", in MK9 were these returns thought as MK-Deception returns? Nope. Oh no, old veterans have taken up LESS THAN HALF of the roster so far.

Hey minion u do realize if predator is in the game he will be DLC!!!! Which means u don't have to play as him or even buy him!! Crazy right , it's optional!! This game looks great! I could care less who the guest is , still getting it day 1

I feel like the guest characters thing gets looked at from the wrong angle way too often. You don't have to play as a gc. If they are dlc, even better. If I'm interested in the gc then great, more players for me to use. It they put in characters that are a stupid fit or I don't like (mad max, spawn, carl weathers, frankenberry) I just won't use them.

This game looks soooo good Minion. Don't make a foolish decision and not get the game over guests.

No I didn't say that. It just felt good at the end of mk9 to see Sonya and Cage as the last survivors after the war with kahn was over. I felt relieved to see most of those characters down and out. Even if slaves to quan chi or killed by Sindel it would of been nice to have them sit out a game to let others reprise their respected roles. Even if it meant death for some of the new or 3d characters of the series. it'd of been nice to leave mk9 characters who were in that game and returned for mkx as playable. Preferably story mode cameos or flashbacks only. Kung lao had his neck snapped now he's in mkx like it ain't no thing? Smh.

I really just wish we didn't have the majority who got taken out in mk9 return all sudden like. That's all I'm saying.

I'm really surprised that people are surprised about the guest characters. We've known for over a month now that there would be TWO guest characters. And Ed/NRS have been hinting at guests as far back as E3.

There was never a time where MKX wouldn't have guest characters. Weird that people are getting upset now...

Also, Sweet Tooth was never going to be in the game. It was confirmed last year that there would be NO console exclusives. I guess people just miss a lot of official statements.
