How do you guys feel about MKX having online-only unlockables like Injustice?

For the Hero Card (which it seems will return in some form), many of the logos and backdrops and such were online only, and could only be gotten by performing certain tasks online. (I.E. Win 50 matches with Catwoman)

In my opinion, EVERYTHING should be available to be unlocked offline, regardless of what it is, barring certain things such as obviously online tasks. For example, winning 100 matches as Scorpion should still work offline, but being in the top 50 on the Ranked Leaderboard, or completing a certain amount of daily challenges, should remain online.

Does that sound fair to everyone?

I thought Injustice had a fair mix of online/offline icons n backgrounds.

As long as its nothing that effects the actual gameplay or is of actual significance (Costumes, characters) it doesn't really matter to me, especially if its something like a profile/hero card, nobody is really going to see it anyway if you aren't playing online except you and people you play with locally.

Everything should have to check in online before being unlocked.

Madness.

I'd say online trophies are cool but unlocks should stay offline.

Doubt it would happen but it would be better than sniffing a line of coke, dropping a tab of acid, and eating a bag of shrooms if Noob Saibot was an unlockable character AFTER you fully max out the Brotherhood of shadow faction online. It's the only logical think I can think of to team up with that chrome dome bastard Quan Chi.

Why on earth would anyone do drugs when they could just play as Noob Saibot?
