who would want to see him return if he was balanced out and playable becacue i see no reason to cut him he like the dragon king when theres a damn dragon on the logo i think hed make a badass character like he was befor is he yay or nay what u thhink yo

I don't want him to return, and yea the dragon on the MK logo.. Liu Kang has that covered.

I'll only be concern about Onaga if the story suddenly falls back into Deadly Alliance-Deception kind of story...

There needs to be certain characters that has to make some sort of an appearance and play some significant role throughout the future stories.

Honestly, he wasn't that bad of a villain. I actually liked him. But him as a huge ass giant... Ehh... It just seemed weird for me when I first saw the creature's height in game.

And Armageddon did not help him either. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't want to see something happen with this creature he was decent.

I think Onaga is cool, I just wasn't really all that impressed with his reveal and his fight. Seemed kind of underwhelming. I think he needs more build up before another appearance. They kind of just shoe-horned him into Reptile and Raiden's ending. Some kind of redesign might suit him also, he's too much like Kahn in some respects.

I liked Onaga, and id like to see him return (always thought he was better then Blaze in MKA) but im not sure how NRS would make him work in a 2D MK? Maybe they will shrink him? or maybe redesign him? iduno

Y'know, MK doesn't have many archvillians. And half of them are subservient to others. Onaga is the next best thing to Shao Kahn and Kahn has, y'know, he's worn out at this point. You can only have the same guy for so long, right?

So yeah, I'd love to see more Onaga. He's more threatening than Shinnok.

yea i think for the story sicnce he never died in Armageddon he can somehow portal his way too tha new timeline and everyone will be like holy shit

The new timeline hasn't contradicted Shujinko's story at all, but it might require some tweaking in order for Onaga to return. Maybe a different host this time around or his actual body. Reptile deserved better than to be reduced to live clothing.

He did die. You can see him on the Pyramid, or ground near it.
