well,one very curious hint towards the Thunder Buddies hint is that there's a chimpanzee on top of a dog...visual metaphor?
as in an "underdog"?
Fujin definitely has that kind of reputation,not to mention that Thunder buddies is a reference to Raiden.
then again,this is Boon we are talking about. It does now bring into question the previous tweets. let's say that this IS a hint towards one character,but then what about the previous tweets?(Koffee,Jurassic) if those are also hints,then i'm not really sure how Koffee and Jurassic combine with the Thunder buddies hint. unless those(and this is the most likely scenario,if those are indeed hints) are hints towards another character or other characters.
