is it just me, or do people really think the cyborgs aren't technologically and surgically altered humans, but machines with human minds transfered into them?

If Kuai Liang or any cyborgs were "re-humanized", then there wouldn't be any robotic bodies lying around, because they are those very machines. If they were re-humanized, all you might see are bits of their armors lying around.

Noob's soul might take over CSZ' body, but Kuai Liang could only be "human" again if he either got back into his automated body, then re-humanized, or found himself a new body, somehow. Either a cloned version of his body, or another cryomancer's, of course, since they're the only ones with cold-based abilities.

You're assuming that the SZ IN MKX is Kuai Liang.

Im pretty much over the cyborgs. I dont think they really fit into MKX. Cyrax was my #2 back in MK3 and Loved seeing their full story fleshed out in MK9, esp being able to play as Human-Cyrax and Human-Sektor. But it Looks like NRS is going for this super-gritty vibe, and I personally feel like cyborgs are kinda campy and cheesy. Just a personal opinion tho

Anyway, I'm against this because it's been stated many times that Bi-Han is Noob Saibot because of the evil within him. Kuai Liang wasn't evil. Plain and simple. Plus we don't need black cyborg to go along with red, yellow, blue, and grey that we already have. Enough.

That Soulnado lead to Kahn/Outworld. I'd rule out any other destination unless the elder gods decided to intervene. Knowing them and only ensuring the realms exist, they wouldn't do a damn thing at that point. The only way I see them stirring up shit would be because Bi-Han is capable of defeating Shinnok but Since Shinnok doesn't yet pose a threat to the realms, not likely.

Now Sektor is cheesy to me. Yes he was redesigned after MKG, but I still couldnt shake the BMX-Predator vibe off of him. I feel he needs to LOOK more menacing if he is to fit the MKX grittiness

Lol. Um I wasn't crying that Kano is in. I don't like him. That's not anything I'm going to deny. I think it's a waste for someone more interesting.

However, I was simply replying to ORION saying that cyborgs are cheesy. Kano is a cyborg. He has a mechanized eye as well as a heart now too possibly. He's a cyborg. Maybe not as much as cyrax and sektor, but a cyborg nonetheless. If the cyborgs are cheesy then kano is cheesy right along with them.

You're still mad that I don't want Cage and Sonya in. I get it. They can play differently. Guaranteed that Cage and Sonya wouldn't play as differently from Cassie as say Kitana or maybe Kung Lao.

It's not the fact that I don't want Sonya and Cage. I actually did want them. However, their inclusion will far overshadow their daughter. Not to mention it is going to be hard to make their movesets differ from Cassie's in a way that will LOOK dramatically different. Stylistically, I will say it. I really don't think NRS can make them look different enough to make them look good. They will come across as looking very similar even if they don't play the same and that's boring. Whereas someone else like hell any of the elementals or cyborgs could come in and look amazing.

That's my beef with this. I want everything to LOOK awesome. I just think that Cassie is overdoing it if you have both Sonya and Johnny. That's my opinion though and people have differing ones. It's life.

Yep Kano is technically a cyborg well since the very first MK due to his eye. But that's neither here nor there. The question of noob being a cyborg I would really well abhor the idea. I don't mind cyborgs at all actually I don't really hate a single character aside for meat mokap quan chi cyber subby( though I hate them for personal reasons and wouldn't deny the access to someone who favored them, because I will always find someone who I will like playing as) I just am used to Noob being the wraith. It would be hard for me to picture that turned into a cyborg.

A Cyborg by definition is a CYBernetic ORGanism. Kano, Jax, HsuHao, KabaL, Tony Stark, etc are all BIOLOGICAL organisms with Cybernetic enhancements. Theres a difference. I think if a person is still 95% human, then they're not a cyborg. Catch my drift? I mean, my grandfather has a pacemaker, would u honestly call him a Cyborg? It's a cybernetic enhancement.

Cyborg by definition (from dictionary.com) is a person whose physiological functioning is aided by or dependent upon a mechanical or electronic device. So technically anyone who is functioning with the aid of mechanical and or electronic devices is considered a cyborg no matter how small the device is because they need it to regulate functions or so I would assume.
