I know, i know he died in story mode (or did he??? o.o) anyways, this is more about his gameplay rather than his story....
If Noob comes back in the next MK, and had more midscreen juggles, and corner rapist strings, with the same specials, would you consider him GOD TIER? or remain Mid Tier, if so explain.

If Noob had some better pop ups he could most likely ecome God Tier. Right now though I think he will likely just stay were he is.
