When the MK9 demo was hacked and story mode leaked, I was the one who read through the coded dialogue and relayed it to the forum.

I used spoiler tags and the thread itself had a spoiler warning in the title.

I can't account for what anyone else was doing, but if you read a thread that tells you it has spoilers in it and if you choose to highlight and make visible text that's been hidden for you, you have to take responsibility for your own actions.

Doesn't matter. I was spoiled of the Tower Challenge reward because some fuck spoiled it in a thread that was tended to be spoiler free.

This can't be stopped.

I too will be gone after the game releases.

I hope to get spoiled, but I wouldn't want it to happen to those who don't want to get spoiled. I'm realistic though... there are some assholes who just don't care and some who even intend to spoil others purposely without consideration to others.

It is VERY disrespectful and I really wish people wouldn't do something like that, but it is unavoidable. We can ask all we want for people to respect the rules, but some people are just assholes.

And knowing the lack of decent modding on this forum, there WILL be spoilers shown, and the people on here WILL be spoiled.

The only solution I see is for those who do not wish to be spoiled to simply stay away. It's truely a shame that that's the only solution, because this SHOULD be a place for people be without having information spoiled to them... but a misleading topic name without a spoiler tag and WHAM, you've been spoiled!

It's going to happen... it always happens. Not trying to be negative or cynical, but knowing how some people are like, and the lack of moderation on this site, it is the only realistic outcome. Sad thing is, we can't do anything about it. :/

I'm in the market for spoilers, but I've never been one to ruin it for others. When it comes to pretty much anything else in media and entertainment, I consider spoilers to be the highest of mortal sins.

MK is a different beast to me now. If leaks are indeed coming, I'll be the first in line. However, I'll be reading spoilers. Not posting them.

I'm sure NRS learnd from their mistakes and the story won't leak before release this time. Even if it does, I'm going to make damn sure I don't get wind of it. I want to experience everything while playing through the story mode myself.

I'll ATTEMPT not to visit this site once the Youtube walkthrough comes out (especially either by RajmanGaming or Hasanaljary) and I finish it. Then I can compile everything about the plot, story and wait for the game to wane out after two weeks from its release. After that I'll release a full-length Nostaglia Critic-like video game review on script following specific Youtube videos.

I also look forward to Razor's informative and story-based analytical review on MKX around that time. Awesome as usual :B

Yeah, I'm gonna try not to spoil myself with this game around. I feel like I would've enjoyed MK9 more if I had gone into it knowing nothing of the leaks or anything. I'll likely be out of here by launch day.

When the game comes out, I'm not coming back here until Story mode's completed. I'll steer clear of any leaks.

Spoilers? MKX's storyline is turning out to be very similar to MK Deception's storyline, where the heroes are under control of Dragon King. I wouldn't be surprised if at least one hand full of the heroes are resurrected the same way.
