i feel the same they better come with it this time because i'm getting very impatient with this mk series. don't get me wrong i love mk i've been playing it sense day 1 i've been waiting along time now 4 a decent mk game i'am not going 2 b able 2 take another fuked up game because the last one i'm not going 2 name was a big big disappointment 4 me

I get where you're coming from. Way I see it, with this bigger budget and no time constraints like they had with Midway, this is Boon et al's last chance to pull of something good. If they can't come through, fuck them and their blind fanbase.

dude its just mk not the end of the world. personally when it comes out i prolly will buy it depending on money but i will with out a doubt rent just to play it and have fun. cant wait

Personally, I was a huge fan of Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks, so it sucks it had to be canceled. I'm sure there's a good reason to it, though. It would have been cool to maybe see Shaolin Monks 2 take place in the Mortal Kombat 2-3 or 3-4 era. But I personally also feel Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe was a huge step forward in the right direction, so I think they can pull something great off for another fighter!

I think it's better that way. Shaolin Monks was a brilliant game, better left as a stand-alone. Doesn't need to be dumbed down by a sequel which may or may not have been better. If MK9 sells well, there could very well be another adventure game like Shaolin Monks, but who really knows what the future holds for MK.

lol some one call the whaa-ambulance j/k heheh. If its such a big deal to you start a petition. It does kinda suck sure but you should not take it out on the fighter genre or the people making the games.There is obviously a reason why.
