Harry and Lloyd, to be precise, but the announcer should refer to them as Dumb and Dumber. They'd be alts for one another, and appear together in every intros. Their gameplay would be a little like Noob-Smoke's, in that some special moves are always done by one of them in particular, even if you're playing as the other.

Names for their variants: Dumb or Won (One), Dumber or To (Two) and Dumberer or Tree (Three).

Alts: Every outfits ever worn by them in the movies such as Harry's dogsuit, and maybe MK ninja outfits for both (one blue, one yellow, green and grey in mirror matches) that they wear improperly, like the ninja mask glued in the belt's place, because they thought that was where it went, while the actual belt is worn like a veil.


A few ideas for special moves

Gone: Based on the scene in the first movie where Harry shoots at the villain three times. His aim sucks, and only one bullet will hit the opponents from a sweep distance, if they either step forward, backward, or jump. All three bullets will only hit the opponents if they're right in your face, and from a sweep distance, they can avoid the bullets merely by standing there.

Burnin' flatulence: from the dream sequence in the first movie where Lloyd ignites a lighter near his butt and farts. What follows should be pretty obvious.

Their entire moveset should be based on their antics from the movies.

Fatality: Lloyd low-blows his opponent repeatedly (complete with their facial expressions) then bites their privates, followed by Harry running them over with his dogvan. Lloyd then complains to Harry that he was supposed to rip their hearts out afterwards. Then he praises him for that awesome stunt.

Johnny: Jim? Jeff? What are you two doing here?
Lloyd: Look Harry, it's that Kung Fu movie star!
Harry: Arnold Schwarzenegger!
Both: Yeah!!!!
Johnny: Huh? Why are you two acting like your Dumb and Dumber characters?

Vs Reptile
Lloyd: Look, Harry, a monkey! A monkey Samurai!
Harry: I think that's a nina, jijna, oh that's it I remember, a ninja!
Reptile: *snarls* I don't want to eat your brainsss!

Vs Scorpion
Lloyd: The blue ice samurai!
Harry: No Lloyd, that's a yellow nina, man!
Scorpion: ENOUGH!!!

Vs Liu Kang
Liu Kang: Show me what you can do!
Lloyd does his "tough" act from the first movie's dream sequence, and Harry laughs like an idiot.
We then cut to Liu Kang who is dumbfounded.

Vs Ferra and Torr
Lloyd: What's that thing on the that big dude, Harry?
Harry? I don't know, man!
Ferra: Torr! Kill Dumb and Dumber! *Torr roars*
Lloyd: Huh? Who's Dom?
Harry: And who's Dommer?
