New Sub-Zero dialogue (Kuai Liang!?)
New Sub-Zero dialogue (Kuai Liang!?)

Quan Chi: Your brother succumbed easily.
Sub-Zero: I'm not my brother!
It still could be ambiguous but... we know that Quan Chi totally corrupted Bi-Han and this isn't the first time we would see Kuai Liang claiming to not be his brother when told about things done by his predecessor.
It would also make zero sense for Bi-Han to defend himself about succumbing when he totally did it when he embraced the Noob persona.

This info was already posted in another thread.

Other lines might sugest it, but there is no way Bi-Han can defend himself with a straight face about resisting corruption when he was SO happy when he was Noob Saibot. That's the point that leads me to believe this can't be Bi-Han.
Also Kuai Liang as far as we know was just a puppet during MK9 end, he was never willing to be evil, so there isn't an scenario where he fails to Quan Chi's power, so "I'm not my brother" isn't the kind of defense to use if Sub-Zero is Bi-Han as he brother didn't succumb.

How the hell did Kuai Liang become human again if that's the case? Logic, folks.

If it's Kuai, I wouldn't worry a lot about cyber sub. There are easy ways that Quan can change appearance.
How does Sareena look human when she's a full blown demon?
Also, Quan offered Scorpion freedom from the netherrealm in order to serve him in the old timeline. Maybe he offers Kuai his humanity in order to serve him in this timeline, but Kuai (similar to Sareena) knows of Quan Chi's ways and breaks free of him.
What if both Bi han & Kuai Liang are back... SZ's dialogue with Quan Chi makes this look like Kuai & SZ's dialogue with Scorpion makes it looks like it is Bi han( they can't make scorp look more stupid by making him call Kuai the 'murderer'). In Story mode SZ could be played by both brothers. I'm not saying two souls in one body, more like how in MK2011, how in MK1 story SZ was Bi han and from MK2 story Kuai become SZ.

A lot of time has passed between MK9 and MKX. Naturally, Kuai hasn't just been sitting in the Netherrealm wearing his fridge suit. With Kuai being a Sub-Zero brother, I'm sure Quan took a special interest in him, using him for God knows what between then and now.
I'm still not convinced either Kuai or Bi-Han are Sub-Zero in this game. Hopefully the comics will shed some light on just WTF is going on. Just a few weeks away now, I believe.

There are literally THOUSANDS of ways to make that happen.
The way I'd love to see (because it would relaunch the Sub-Zero/Sareena connection) would be something like:
- Quan Chi just for ammusement tries to put Kuai Liang on his brother's path, gives his body back as a sign of good will and asks for him to kill Scorpion because Hanzo is starting to realize that he has been tricked and this act would also taint Kuai Liang's soul which is why Quan Chi is trying to trick him, feeding his revenge desires against the one who killed his brother.
- Sareena knows about this and not wanting to see what happened to Bi-Han when he was corrupted again, warns Sub-Zero and stops him from killing Scorpion. Scorpion is now fully convinced about Quan Chi's intentions and his past actions and starts his own hunt.
- Sareena and Sub-Zero scape the netherealm together and go take down some cyborgs to claim the Lin Kuei for the good guys.
This one is just my personal favorite option, but there are many other ways, some could even be dumb and still work.

If it is Kuai I have a feeling Sareena helped him and they escaped quan chi's control.

I really hope this is the case. If they're both in AND tag team is back, I know I will spend hours mastering them as a duo.

Tag team won't be back, sorry. But I do like your ideas for that SZ-Sareena-QC plot.

Pete Vrbata confirmed.
Where there is smoke... there could also be ice?

This Sub-Zero thing has been over-hyped and for myself, it doesn't really matter who it is. The important thing is, is that Sub-Zero is in MKX.
The only character to be in every MK Fighter (MK1-X).

Lol. The Thomas vrbata thing was mostly a joke. But my point is that it still could be a completely different pair of brothers.
And boy do I hope it is not kuia. That would be almost unbearable at how much of a force it would be to have subzero included.
EDIT: and I am a HUGE subby fan.

First off OP I think you have a great point here and I agree with you. I'm still not at all convinced its Bi-Han, even though it would be really cool to see him become Sub Zero again.
But, just to play devil's advocate, what if by "succumbed easily" Quan Chi meant succumbed easily to DEATH, not to his control. I mean robo Sub did die from one upper cut from Hulk Sindel. A "fight" that lasted a fraction of a second. So therefore Bi-Han's response, being the kind of confident badass he is (remember the smack he talked to Scorpion before their fight?), is saying that it will be much more difficult to defeat HIM. Because keep in mind, as far as I can tell, Quan Chi can only control warriors once they are dead and in the Neatherrealm. They have to be defeated and/or die first.

Imma tell you guise.
If it's gonna be Kuai, I'm going to be a bit pissed.
Bi-Han being a good guy again would add so much possibilities.
What if Bi-Han takes over the Lin-Kuei? What if he is Frost's mentor? What if Kuai was the new Noob Saibot?

What would any of that change exactly besides switching the brothers roles? It's the exact same storylines???
Kuai can't be Noob Saibot because he wasn't as corrupt as his brother.

I'd hate that. This is basically "what if Bi-Han has the exact same story that defined Kuai Liang and make him the way he was, but with a different name"?
Bi-Han has its own character and I hope Noob comes back (his MK9 ending looked like a good direction if he breaks up Quan Chi's control). Giving Bi-Han the exact same story that Kuai Liang for the sake of it is as bad as giving Kuai Liang Smoke's story just for the sake of shock value IMO :/
