My fighter is:

Solus - A human with the power to manipulate earth.

Special Moves:
Quicksand - a move that keeps the opponent trapped to the floor for a few seconds
Rock Throw - Throws a big rock at the opponent
Mud Wave - Launches a big wave of mud from behind the opponent
Rock Storm - Launches a storm of rocks from above the enemy
Stone Wall - Creates a wall of stone to defend against enemy attacks

X-Ray - Solus grabs the opponent breaks one of his arms then snaps his neck

Fatality - Solus traps the opponent in to the ground then turns his arm into a big block of stone and smashes the opponent's head into pieces

Fatality - Solus reveals his face turning the opponent's body into stone then from behind he removes the opponent's skull.

Would like a rate (if possibly) please.

Interesting ideas you have, BDFBH-P. I encourage you to take a look at the past Kreate-a-Kharacter Tournament now in the fan submission forum, as many new ideas were used for those kharacters by our very own community members.

Varruk - a fighter from the Realm of Chaos with the power to control and change body parts into metal ( gained through an experience performed by Havik)

Special Moves:
Spike Launch - Throws a vertical line of 3 iron spikes at the opponent
Iron Armor - Metalizes his body to defend against enemies attacks
Magnetic Push - Brings the opponent closer to Varruk
Iron Towers - Creates 2 blocks of iron between the opponent to crush him
Iron Knee - A strong flying knee at the opponent's head

X-Ray - Varruk breaks the opponent's knees then pierces his throat with his blade shape arm

Fatality - Varruk changes his arms in 2 big iron hammers then crushes the opponent

Fatality - Varruk grabs the opponent's neck then impales his heart with his blade shape arm

Fight Style: Mixed
Powers: Sapphire has the ability to become transparent and shroud the opponent in a misty substance, she can cause her enemies great pain by forcing her hand into their bodies and unleashing a deadly poison which allows Sapphire to control their organ's functioning and placement with her mind.
Special Moves
Misty Depths - Sapphire creates a wall of mist and any projectiles thrown at her will appear behind the opponent and hit them instead.
Transparent Punishment - Sapphire becomes transparent for a short time.
Venom Fountain - A fountain of poison shoots out of the ground and sends the opponent up and another comes down from above sandwiching them.
Sight For Sore Eyes - Sapphire spits a mist of poison into the opponents eyes which causes them to bang their heads a few times.
X - Ray: Sapphire forces her hand into the opponents eyes and unleashes some poison, she uses her mind to snap their arms and crack their rips.

Sapphire pierces her hand into the opponents chest and removes it to show the poison working it's way in, she breaks their legs and twists their necks round fully, they fall to the floor as blood begins to pour from their chest wound.

Sapphire pierces her hand into the opponents stomach and allows her poison to flow into their bodies, as they begin to seizure she lets them fall and bloodish blue liquid flows from their mouth and nose, the opponents heart rips from the body as does several other organs, Sapphire then sprays the body with venom and it dissolves.
Intro: Sapphire arrives through the mist and poison flies from her fingertip like a needle.
Victory: Sapphire creates a misty surrounding and the opponent sinks into the ground and is submerged by the mist. Sapphire laughes.
Bio: As a child Sapphire was mesmerised by her brother's unique talents to make a substance appear with his hands, approached one day by Raiden with an explanation of his powers and an offer to compete in a tournament Sapphire's brother accepted, Sapphire did not like to see her brother leaving and secretly followed her brother and Raiden to the tournament. Although her brother thought valiantly he was killed by Reptile, the acid Reptile had killed him with reacted with the substance in his blood and caused it to turn Sapphire Blue. Sensing Sapphire's presence the substance left her brother's body and it submerged her. Upon waking up Sapphire found that her hair now had a blue streak in it and her eyes where ghe colour of Sapphire, remembering her brother's demise Sapphire shot a blue poison from her hands, she realised that she had obtained her brother's skill and vowed to avenge him by killing those responsible.
Ending: Sapphire had finally gained revenge for her brother's death. She had killed Raiden for allowing her brother to enter the tournament, Shang Tsung for allowing Reptile to kill her brother and finally Reptile himself. Now with Shao Kahn also defeated Sapphire began to bond with Mileena, and as Mileena was proclaimed Queen of Outworld she allowed Sapphire to watch over Earthrealm and destroy any threat there was to Mileena being harmed.

I like your fighter it seems a good idea for a character and his bio is also good.

Here's a character I've created.

Name: Dragon

Appearance: Wears a black Gi with a white stripe on the outside of each pant leg and a black shirt underneath. He also wears a black sash tied off to his right side. On each end of this belt is the MK dragon logo stitched in white.

Fighting Style: Dragon uses claw attacks with his first three fingers on each hand, and also uses very powerful kicks.

Special Moves:

No-Shadow Kick: Dragon jumps in the air, turns, and kicks the opponent in the chest, neck and face before landing back on his feet.

Upwards Klaw: Dragon dashes forward and slashes the opponent once with each hand before knocking them upwards with a final hit.

Bullet Kick: Dragon slides across the arena and lands a kick to his opponent's face.

Klaw Reverse: Dragon counters the opponent's attack by grabbing their front arm with one hand, striking them in the chest with his fingers of the other, and then throws them to the ground.

Wave Slash: Dragon slashes at the air, which sends a red streak of energy flying across the screen.

X-Ray: Dragon stuns the opponent with a roundhouse kick. While they are stunned, he thrusts the thumb, fore, and middle fingers of each hand into their ribs, piercing them. He then takes a step back and kicks them in the face, shattering their nose and forehead.

Fatality: Dragon thrusts his front hand in to the throat of the opponent and tears it out. He looks away briefly as they bleed out of the neck, before he kicks them in the head, knocking themaway. They land face down and a pool of blood forms around their head.

Bio: Years ago, Shang Tsung attacked a peaceful village in China, burning it to the ground a stealing the souls of all who lived there. The sole survivor of this onslaught swore revenge against the man who murdered everyone he knew. This young man travelled across China and trained with several different masters in order to prepare for the battle he knew would come. Assuming the name Dragon, he entered the tenth Mortal Kombat tournament in order to enact this revenge.

Ending: Dragon easily defeated the many martial artists in the tournament, but even the defeat of the mighty Goro did not satisfy him. His only goal in the tournament was the killing of Shang Tsung. After a drawn-out battle, Dragon completes this task. Having exacted his revenge, dragon disappears, becoming a legend in the martial arts world.

If you're talking about fully-fledged fan characters, then concepts should probably go in the Created Character Thread. This is more for fighter ideas, like "We need characters like this..." or "A character who does this would be cool....".

intro::: a new dark magic was founded by the realm of chaos's native tribe. The chief; the founder, couldnt handle the dark power and it took his soul..and sent his body to the earth realm.leaving behind a baby girl...20 years later PAUWAU was shown this power, which eventually had taken over her but not her soul............

after Pauwau had conquered shao khan... she went onto earth realm; casting a spell over earth realm to steal the sun. with no sun earthrealm stood no chance for survival. with the practice of black magic; she had become the ruler of earthrealm and the realm of chaos.

Pauwau had found her lost fathers body and cast a spell for his soul to return...banishing him back as a prisoner to the realm of chaos; nighthawk had lost his vision to the spirit realm..

WARHEAD a former army veteren warhead can take out an AK47 and maul people. he canthrow bombs and also he can cause an earthquake by striking the ground. for his alternate biography he was tricked into joining the lin quea and was turned into a cyborg. he comes in 3 costumes, primary,ninja,and cyborg. In cyborg he is the ultimate robot his special moves are... RAYGUN, CAN MAKE HIM SELF HAVE A FREEZE SHIELD FOR 10 SECONDS,MAKE HIMSELF HAVE A FIRE SHIELD FOR 5, ROBOT TELEPORT, AND SPEAR. his fatality is he takes his AK and shoots you in the legs then stuffs a bomb in your mouth. 2. he causes an earthquake which makes his opponet dizzy and then rips off his leg and stuffes it down his throat. CYBORG FATALITY. he freezez you then he spears your chest/stomach out then rayguns the limbs.

Bio: warhead was a veteren war hero. He wasent a hero because of guns but because he would go into war and kick ass... without using guns! He soon was given great strength by a mysterious man who could shoot lightning out of his hands. at that point he didnt know he was raiden. after a year of hard work a mysterious man asked if he would join a tournement called Mortal Kombat. He excepted.when he got there he was very suprised by what he saw Lizards, sorcerers and four armed men but he was most suprised when he saw the man with lightning... Alt: bio . when he got to the tournement a red robot asked if he wanted more power to save the world. warhead said yes. He followed the robot. he brought him to a room. then everything went black... Warhead is now a bloodthirsty cyborg who is only alive to kill. the robot gave him more powers and gave him better weapons. On the inside Raiden still beleives there is a soul searching to get out. Ending: Warhead proved himself a hero to earthrealm and america. he was crowned the ruler of earthrealm. but becoming the worlds hero got him some new rivals... lui kang was defeated by warhead raiden sensed evil growing within warhead. warhead grew jealous of jax and killed him. Now he owns Neatherealm. He vwas being watched by forces unknown. Cyborg ending: as a cyborg raiden didnt trust warhead. he killed him he hid him in the living forest. one day Sub zero found him. Sub zero thought scorpion killed him. Sub zero told him that scorpion killed him scorpion killed him. he was tought the ways of the lin quea. He now hunts down someone... he knows who killed him and now with demon and lin quea powers he's ready to fight! (If ed boon reads this please consider putting him in the new game)

My fighters name Is Inferno or Infernus.
Special Moves:
-Druids Fire: A large fireball of blueish orange flames
-Druids Fist: The fighters fist is ingulfed in flames
-Dragons Breath: The fighter blows flames from his mouth
-Teleport: The fighter ingulfs himself in flames and reappears in pool of lava behind opponent
-Fire of the Soul: The fighter ingulfs himself in fire and heals himself
-X-Ray: The fighter ingulfs both hands in fire and breaks opponents jaw and collar bone

Biography:Infernus:A half-human, half-Edenian who has Pyro-Like abilities, thus making him a Pyromancer, but he has some skills in magic as well making his Pyro abilities much stronger. He came about with a blood transfusion of Edenian blood into his human body increasing his strength. He served Shao Kahn only to protect the Edenians from his wrath and to increase his skills, but he knows that Shao Kahn is a traitor and
it was only time before it was his turn. He became ruthless to gain favor.Trained in the arts of Magic and Fire, he is a deadly foe but a welcome ally. He is one of few that can stand up to Shao Kahn, and only he knows it. Already once he has been betrayed, hes already for it again.
He is ready to defect to the side of good, but is hesitant. His reasons are known only to him.

Fatalities:
-Let it burn:
Fighter magically takes out the heart of his opponent and begins to burn it and at the same time, the opponent is alive and spontaneously catches on fire and melts to a crisp until the heart is ash.
-The Eagle:
The fighter turns the opponent away from him, takes out his knife, then stabs in the spine slicing vertically, the rips open the back, pulls out the opponents lungs and suffocates the opponent.
-Burning Inferno:
Inferno uses telekinetic powers to hold his opponent in place, then throws multiple fireballs, then shoves his hand into his chest, makes a fireball and explodes his opponent.
-Burn Baby Burn:
Inferno takes his opponent, Inferno then turns himself into a flying burning soul, and flies around and around his opponent making a flame tornado, melting his opponent in the center.
-Burning Swords
Inferno takes his swords, lights them on fire, cuts off opponents arms, cuts opponents stomach open, then stabs them in the chest burning the life out of them and eventually cuts off their head.
Hey, Your Heads on Fire:
Inferno walks up to his opponent, throws a fireball in their face, cuts off their head, and burns their face off.
Lets Play with Fire: Inferno takes some small ninja daggers, superheats them, stabs them all over the opponents body, then while the blades are burning into the flesh, he uses his powers and makes his opponent explode.
