Even though I think its unlikely, I would be cool with Queen Mileena being big bad, but I think she would need some sort of in-story way to become stronger than she was in MK9 for it to feel right.

Agreed, which is why i secretly hoped her mk9 ending was semi-cannon, having tsung secretly given [this new] mileena the ability to absorb dark magic when creating her.

At this point, it seems like the candidates are Mileena, Shang, Erran Black, Takeda, Fujin, or Jacqui. If the reveal is anyone else, I'd be very surprised!

I don't care who it is at this point, I just want more info!

It's IGN. It's gonna be a returning character, because IGN is all about the casual audience (and not us hardcore MK fans). I'm guessing Mileena, Reptile, Ermac, Liu Kang or Johnny Cage.

We'll get the new character, the bow-wielder, during the livestream.

Probably the bow character, and it's probably a new character. Boon's tease makes it stupidly obvious the next reveal is whoever's arm it is.

Ew, I hope these two characters being revealed aren't the guest. They should save him/her for last imo.
