you shouldn't go out of the fact how much chance one character has, but rather from how much staying power could he hold gien a proper story. Oh, and do try to skip the ressurections, okay? smile

This Speculation sounds like there gonna rehash MKII I mean Shao kahn as a Boss and Kintaro as a Sub boss Again!!

I have a feeling this Speculation is BS. after all Kintaro has un allinged himself since MK 3 after making Motaro Head of the Extermination Squad. The whole Shokan race was pretty much like "F" This. and began Serving Kitana and Sindel.

Like I have been saying there most likely going to have Raiden as a Boss of Somekind. There probably going to have Shujinko in Liu Kangs former role and Ether Scorpion or Fujin will Take Raiden's Former Role.furiouswow

About the stages, I actually hope they bring back the Mk1 warrior shrine arena with the original Mk1 statues. I LOVE that arena!

I don't agree with some characters chances. How is Kintaro 45%, more like 15%. Same with Reiko he should be 5%. Midway hate both of them. Kung Lao should be at like 80%. And out of all of the new MK: D characters the highest one is only 50%. At least about 4 of these characters will return next game. And it seems like you really hate Orderealm. At least either Hotaru or Dairou would be 50/50 chance of making it. Oh and its Ashrah not Asrah lol. Mileena and Baraka should both be 50%, how do you know if Mileena's ending's true?

That is not opinion, that is fact. Midway "hates" those characters, and they have no intention of bringing them back.

Although I quite like Kintaro, Boon himself has said in an interview that he doesn't, so that kinda wrecks his chances of coming back. The gist of it was that Boon and Tobias were never happy with him, because they wanted Kintaro to be a weretiger, which was impossible with the digitised graphics. So the Kintaro we have now was a rush job, so they're looking at it from an artists point of view, that they couldn't do what they originally wanted with the creation.

Members of the MK team have openly said they dislike Reiko, usually when discussions turned to the old Shao Kahn/Reiko debate. This, plus the fact that again, he was a rush job to make a last new character (his original spot was meant for Noob Saibot), and the Kahn's helmet was just an attempt to do something with the character that backfired on them. One member has been quoted as saying that Reiko is "A lame character who should be forgotten." Amen to that.

These are the only two characters that MK team members have openly admitted to not liking. I'm sure they all have other characters they don't like, but they haven't publicly said this, and when a team member openly says something to the effect of "This guys sucks, why did we make him?", that characters chances of a comeback look VERY slim.
