I think "Predator" might work better that way they could have a variation for different types of Predators, if there are different types that is. I believe there are different "clans" and stuff like that, but im not sure im no expert on them.
I don't exactly see why the name couldn't be "The Predator" or just Predator. Besides, can you imagine how awesome it would sound to hear the announcer say "The Predator wins. Fatality"?
I don't think it should be any specific Predators from any of the movies, as every Predator designs should be included and selectable no matter the variants.
On different types of Predator, what we've mostly had were different looking Predators of the same race with new weapons each. The "super" Predators from Predators were the first truly different type of Predators, but they weren't so drastically different that their designs couldn't be alts.
Each variants could include different weapons and tactics like the hounds from Predators. I remember someone in another thread suggesting thermal vision during the Predator's X-ray, which I liked.
Finally, for one of it's fatalities, they should use one of the stealth kills from Predator: Concrete Jungle (the game) where the Predator twists it's opponent's spine and rips them in half. Not sure I've properly described it. And when the Predator loses, the announcer should say "finish it".
