Of course it will be at next years EVO. Injustice is already losing steam and with it's absence next year (much like MK9's this year) it is a forgone conclusion. MK9 is not being "discriminated" against at all, it's just that the competitive scene for that game has essentially moved on to Injustice, which as I said, doesn't seem to have the legs MK9 did and will be in dire straits until the release of MKX.
MK9's numbers would not facilitate being a main game at EVO this year, man. Hell Injustice is looking to have a pretty terrible showing, but it's already locked in. Your "call to arms" isn't needed; MKX will be at EVO 2015 because of the hype that will be surrounding it's release and that WB money. Also, lol at "old Capcom games", ULTRA just came out dude and it will probably be a huge tournament.

I really would've liked to see MK2011 do another year. Game to game.

I dont think it'll be in next year, unless its a first quarter release, which I dont expect. But dont fear for the future, its a shoe-in for future Evos.

Slightly surprised they didnt have MK in this year. Small tournament yeah, but always a nice warm up to SF and Tekken
