Liu Kang VS Spider-Man : The winner of this could go either way.

Kitana VS Psylocke: A good match-up between two ninja assassin's.. Psylocke would win this though, she is a ruthless ninja assassin of the highest order and her mutant powers are telekinesis and telepathy... even with Kitana's 10K years of experience that's not gonna help her against Psylocke's telepathy or tk...

Mileena VS Elektra: Mileena would eat Elektra for lunch, their both powerful assassins but Mileena's got 10 000 years of experience over Elektra and plus the magickal abilities Mileena has.

Scorpion VS Ghost Rider: another hard fight, could go either way... FYI Ghost Rider is really an Angel of Vengeance.

Sub-Zero VS Iceman: Icemans Omega Mutant Ice powers would just be too much for Sub-Zero... Sub-Zero may be able to beat Iceman in hand to hand for a KO... but even is he destroys Icemans body he (IM) can just reform out of any moisture in the air or any water source.

Kenshi VS Daredevil: A good match-up but I think Kenshi would win this fight on account of his tk.

Ermac vs Doctor Strange: Ermac would win in hand to hand combat but Dr.Strange would win cause of his super magick powers... magicks trump telekinetics.

Shao Kahn vs Dr. Doom: I'm going with Shao Kahn on this one, I'm betting he has stronger black magicks and hes a uber soul-stealer... but Dr.Doom is also a powerful sorcerer.. so I'm not sure.

Shinnok vs Loki: Shinnok would take this is hes at full power otherwise the Trickster God Loki wins.

Quan Chi vs Mr. Sinister: not sure.

Shang Tsung vs Baron Mordo: good match-up and i'm not sure who would win...

Tremor vs Rockslide: Tremour would win the hand to hand combat but Rockslide is a big dude made of rocks who can shatter his body anytime like an explosion and reform out of any rocks/earth nearby.

Reptile vs Lizard: Good match-up and I'm not sure who would win but I'm going with Reptile.

Noob Saibot vs Venom: another good one and Im not sure who would win, but gonna go with Noob cause of his mystic powers and superior fighting skill.

Nightwolf vs Warpath: another good one and Im not sure who would win this...

Stryker vs Punisher: Im gonna go with the Punisher on this one.

Rain vs Storm: Rain would win the hand to hand kombat if he can get to her, but with Storms weather powers she would kill Rain.

Fujin vs Quicksilver: Depends on whoever strikes first..

Raiden vs Thor: I'd love to see this fight!! Their can only be ONE God of Thunder!

Nitara vs Blade: Im betting Blade would win this, not too sure though.

Hmm, I don't like this.
But maybe that's cuz I'm a fan of the more grimmy DC universe and characters.
Besides Marvel is owned by Di$ney so they would have to tone this game down even more than MK vs. DC Universe. Also I think Mickey Mouse would be a much worse exclusive-to-any-console-character than Kratos. :P

If you ask me they should redo MK vs. DC Universe but better.
This means more characters (and a better selection), make the game 18+/M and don't cut out any gore/blood. Use the current MK gameplay and such and make a better story for storymode.

I was really excited for MK vs. DC Universe since I am a fan of both franchises but I was kind of dissappointed with the game after a while. It wasn't bad, but could have been so much better.
But then again I think Marvel/Di$ney would screw up the whole MK-part of the game even worse.

Well, RyanAutumns, forget what the haters are saying, i LOVE the idea, and i often think about how cool a MK vs Marvel matchup would be. I've even thought about making a story or comic about it. I definitely think too that Phoenix should be thrown in there somewhere. or maybe shes a sub-boss?
