I think this is a good idea, but the way you have the characters organized aren't very good. Also, thee aren't enough groups or characters.

rts??? mate ill give u my opinion...for 1 if u wanted to do a rts u must think of the clans more seriously...

you need to do allies i.e

liu kang and kung lao are not going to fight sonya so u need to do factions
