Sub-Zero, Scorpion and Noob Saibot... None of those are Outworld Assassins. They are all from Earthrealm and later, Scorpion and Noob became beings of the Netherrealm. If you wanted to make a game about assassins from Outworld, you should have made one with Kitana, Mileena and Jade. Though Kitana and Jade aren't really from Outworld, but from Edenia, Edenia has been merged with Outworld and is part of it (before Kitana changed that), and the three of them have been raised to be assassins working for Outworld's emperor, Shao Kahn.

Also, you should really make a descriptive post when making a new thread, instead of just throwing in a link. It could just as well be spam.
