This is the next-gen MK project. I've been working on. I was thinking for Konquest, it should be like Prince of Persia. The bios should be video bios that would be like Tekken and endings should be FMV
Here's the intro
INTRO
For so many years, Armageddon has made the realms unstable. A quest was determined for me to decide the fate of many warriors. Even though I had to deny it ever since my dormant, but I know what I must do for the sake of the Elder gods! I defeated Blaze and his death of flames spread throughout the realms.
I was afraid to see so many warriors die. But I was relieved that some warriors are still alive while others perished. The quest did nothing to save the realms, but I swore on my duty to find a solution to stave of Armageddon.

Year has passed... some warriors still live on while others perished and some disappeared. My time was different as I swore to get revenge... but it wouldn’t help and judge to easily. Forces of good are still able to help out and save the realms. Camera shows Zhao Long on top of a cliff watching the new Mortal Kombat tournament created in Outworld.
Allies continue to make peace. Brief flashes show Liu Kang training on the mountains with full dragon force, Nitara and Reptile making peace to both Vaeternus and Zaterra, Kabal joining the Forces of Light once again,
Old enemies rise to power. Brief flashes show Reiko taking over as the new emperor of Outworld, Noob now changed into a cryo-wraith when he encountered his old counterpart and fires shadow and ice at a wall, and Kira and Grotesque in Chaosrealm stand on the balcony holding their weapons.
While those new awakened for the new fight. El Taurus defeats a wrestler on the ring, Faust stands beside Shinnok outside the Netherealm, Wasp attacks Outworld soldiers along with his father Scorpion, and Uriah descended from the heavens to monitor the realms.
I won’t be alone... I have friends on my side. Zhao long removes his hood and shows the Time stone on his neck, Taven, Sub-Zero, El Taurus, Wasp, Maxx Speed, Smoke, Nitara, Reptile and Sasha Cage stand beside him.
Zhao encounters Raiden and prepare to fight. I would fear that this moment will soon come, but I won’t be afraid. The only way I can do so in order to save... my future... was to change the past.

Bio:
This quest that my family had chose me and my brother Daegon to fulfill has failed and become corrupted. In the beginning, I thought that this quest was nothing but a game. But I soon realized that it decides the fate of the realms and mortals. I fought my brother to avenge my family and Blaze is my final objective of this quest. I defeated him and Blaze’s death course through my veins granting me full-godhood and become Protector of Edenia. The fires of Blaze spread across the realm and I was relieved that some warriors survived, while others are dead. I’m glad that not all are killed by the explosion. It was going good until I returned back to the altar where Daegon is. Daegon is dead. Suddenly, my parents Argus and Delia in spirit took Daegon with him to a void where he will be punished for his crimes. I took his sword and swore myself that I will find a solution to keep the realms safe from Armageddon.
A year has passed and learned of a new Mortal Kombat tournament made by the new Emperor of Outworld Reiko. I was told by this from a man who is hooded in mystery telling about the future of mortals and realms being destroyed. I met the Forces of Light for the first time and told me all about the past of how their histories in the Mortal Kombat tournaments began. I was impressed and soon we encountered the same man that I encountered and notice a scar on his face. His name was Zhao Long. He told us that the One Being will soon return and we must stop Reiko and anyone who is corrupted by the One Being’s influence. The future is at stake and all the realms must remain existed for many years!
LIU KANG

Bio:
I, the former champion of Mortal Kombat have returned! The battle of Armageddon waged in the battle between good and evil. I watched closely and I notice that my body is fighting Shang Tsung on the edges of the pyramid. I also see that the warrior Taven is fighting against the fire spawn Blaze. Shang Tsung is now dead thanks to my body, but still I must find a way to regain it. Blaze is suddenly defeated and a wave of flames scattered all around the battlefield. I got caught by the flames and so did my body. Suddenly my body and spirit are reunited and I felt a strange surge within myself... as if my power is burning with the fire of nine dragons! I wasn’t the only one who survived. My friends are also alive and Kitana was happy to see me reborn again. I thought I was going to be in the heavens, but there will be heroes someday and I’m still needed. I’m not ready for death yet, but... what shall I do next?
A year passed and I trained myself in Edenia. I thought about making a decision: continue protecting Earthrealm or give up the title and protect Edenia as my new home. I couldn’t think of a decision until a time traveler named Zhao Long met me and Kitana along with the Forces of Light about our future. He told me everything of our future and his. Being Mortal Kombat’s champion was my destiny, but now I should give it up and stay in Edenia. So I decided to stay in Edenia and enter a new Mortal Kombat tournament that was created by the new emperor of Outworld; Reiko. From now on, I must discover my new future and together, Kitana and I will become the new king and queen of Edenia. We shall unite all realms unified in peace!

Sasha is the future daughter of Sonya Blade and Johnny Cage when they were married.

SASHA CAGE
ORIGIN: FUTURE EARTHREALM
ALIGNMENT: GOOD
STATUS: DANCER, SPECIAL FORCES CAPTAIN
FIGHTING STYLES: CAPOEIRA, BAYONET KNIVES
SPECIAL MOVES:
- GHOST STAR: Fires energy stars unlike Sonya’s energy rings.
- GHOST MOLECULARIZATION: Sasha can go through her opponent’s body or go underground like a teleport.
- SPIRIT SHIELD: Sasha can change her density like a shield so that her opponent cannot attack her. It must be used for the right moment.
- FLYING SCISSORS: Sasha does a scissors kick by flying up in the air and kicks.
FATALITY:
- SPIRITUAL CONTROL: Sasha takes over her opponent’s body and rips the opponent’s head off. This is MKD Liu Kang’s fatality.
- SCISSORS CUT: Sasha does a cartwheel and cuts her opponent’s body with her legs.

I’m proud to do what my father couldn’t reach. My father couldn’t be a good star, but I was. My mother is also a lieutenant in the Special Forces. I carried my family’s legacy and was a great fighter. The best friends I have on my side are Zhao from Edenia and Maxx in Earthrealm. We’ve been through a lot of situations and entered a Mortal Kombat tournament in our time. When I returned home from the Special Forces, my parents were slaughtered. I thought that the Black Dragon or Red Dragon wouldn’t return. It could be something else... I was so confused. A few days came and I went to a remaining portal to Edenia, where Zhao is and told me everything of what happened in his realm.
After my rescue, Zhao, Maxx and I create a time portal to the past. I missed my parents as much as Zhao missed his Edenian king and queen. When we entered the past, we were split up. Me and Maxx were landed on the eastside of Earthrealm; a jungle to be exact. I contacted Zhao to see if he’s alright, but n response. We found each other after we created a base from an abandoned temple. I found my parents at last and I and Zhao explained everything to the Forces of Light. They promised to help us and I will change the future as much as Zhao would.
MAXX SPEED

FIGHTING STYLES: KICKBOXING, PULSE BLADE
SPECIAL MOVES:
- SPEED DISC: Maxx can fire fast Frisbee discs from his shooters of his wrists.
- RUNNING FLASH: Maxx runs fast by his opponent and his opponent’s spins dizzy. This attack is borrowed from Kabal’s raging flash.
- QUICKSILVER KICKS: Maxx does a fast kick of fury at his opponents and knocks the enemy cold.
FATALITY:
- AROUND THE WORLD: Maxx does a twister and his opponent’s flesh gets ripped off and Maxx cuts his opponent with a pulse blade fast.
- FAST BEATDOWN: Maxx does a brutality of punches and kicks and his opponent explodes.
Bio:
I was always the best racer of the universe! People call me a “speed demon” because I love racing. I’m not only a skilled racer, but I’m also a skilled fighter... a kickboxer to be exact. My family is rich; my father is a worldwide racer and my mother is a scientist. While I was racing against a challenger, I went to a bad accident. My legs were broken and I couldn’t walk. I was stuck on a wheelchair, but then my family plan to make me robotic legs that would allow me to go fast, stand and walk well. I trained my new and improved legs until an attack on Earthrealm started and my parents were killed by evil warriors.
I meet up with my friends Sasha and Zhao about the situation on Edenia. So I help out my friends in order to save all. We entered a time portal with the help of the time stone Zhao wields and entered the past. When we enter, Sasha went along with me and we were all split up. Sasha and I are on the eastside of Earthrealm’s jungle and thought of making a base from an abandoned temple. I plan to find and contact Zhao if he’s alright. After that we found each other and meet the Forces of Light. My legs have become very useful and I must help all that is good avenge our fallen people that we cared for. I can't think of any bad guys. The Black Dragon and Red Dragon shouldn't return will it?

- Black Dragon... I don't know what to do with them.
What can I do make a new terrorist group or something? Sorry... I can't think of those type of ideas.

You could always try to make some psychotic cult devoted to the One Being. If the realms ae still unstable, this cult could be the ones trying to break the pressure points keeping them together (or apart), trying to unleash unholy reckoning upon the universe. I can't think of any bad guys. The Black Dragon and Red Dragon shouldn't return will it?

Or you could try some hitmen group, hired by the highest bidder (cliched, I know, but the best I can think of in this group). Maybe something like the Hand (Marvel) or the Syndicate (Guilty Gear). Just out for their own gain.
Or even better, make nihilists. Nihilists make fun choices. I'm just throwing an idea out.
Maybe even some stupid Legion of Doom sort. Associated criminals bent on attacking their specific enemies and conquering the world through harebrained (But elaborate) schemes. On second thought, no. Don't use this.

Brining back Liu Kang is a bad idea. Having his story revolve around trying to marry Kitana is even worse.
I don't like Kabal flip-flopping sides yet again. Keep him evil or kill him off.
Noob-Zero is an awful idea. So is having Scorpion's son come back.
Reiko trying to be Emperor of Outworld can work. I just hope you have something in mind for him so he doesn't just become another Shao Kahn. What exactly is he holding this tournament for? I think you should explain how Reiko got tainted by the One Being's influence. I'm fairly certain it doesn't just happen for no reason. Also remember, no one who is being influenced by the One Being actually knows they're being influenced by it.
Reptile turning good, making peace with people, and restoring his race is way too wishy-washy. He doesn't deserve that happy an ending.
I'm assuming your Zhao Long character is meant to be a new main hero if not THE main hero. I'd be careful with that. Introducing a brand new character out of nowhere and proclaiming him/her as the new major hero of the story rarely works and often comes across as a Mary Sue. I would recommend intergrating him into the story a little more carefully.
I think you should give Kung Lao more of a motivation than merely trying to live up to his ancestor. It's been done and Kung Lao never wanted to be champion any way.
Time travel? I'm not feeling time travel in Mortal Kombat.

Thanks for the Sasha Cage bio, HenshinSlayer000. It was pretty interesting on the most part. I don't like the idea of Sasha being the daughter of Sonya, because it's just not good.

Hey dont get discouraged by what XD said. He has his opinions and you have your ideas. Keep going. He might open his mind to some of your stuff. The way your introducing your story is almost a complete overhaul....which is what MK needs. Although im not completely on board with all your ideas such as bringing Liu Kang back or Scorpion having a son(but I would like to see a story with him actually in it, because so many people hate the idea). So keep going and ill keep reading

My life has turned itself upside down! I cannot tell you yet about who I am, but I can tell you this. I am from the future and swore to bring out judgment on evil and those corrupted. In the past, I was charged by my king and queen to protect a very sacred artifact: the Time Stone. But the realms are under-attack by evil warriors. I was then scarred by the Thunder god; Raiden who had been corrupted by his suicide. I could never forgive him and the Elder gods for what he and his kind for what he put us mortals through. I had my friend Sasha help me build a time portal that would allow us to enter the past and fix the future.
When I came to the past I met up with the forces of Light for the first time since I met my future queen and king. Shao Kahn escapes the explosion and so I hunted him down even though there will be a new emperor of Outworld since Onaga ruled. Raiden is next, but Fujin told me the truth that the Elder gods are never like that to any mortal except Shinnok. I realized that thanks to him. Raiden is corrupted by the influence of the One Being. I have to save him and stop anyone who is evil no matter what. But I won’t be alone... I have my friends and those of the past to help me. I am Zhao Long! I bring out... judgment!

Instead of just havin the bios like the ones in deadly alliance, deception and armageddon
I'm thinking that these bios should have katas on and their characters are talking about themselves.
Think of it like soul calibur when looking at profiles and katas

but with each character using fighting style and weapon

I escape except Kobra, Kano and Jarek. I also don’t know what happened to Kira next... but I will restore the Black Dragon again!
A year passed and no members left for the Black Dragon to be reborn. Just then, a hooded warrior carried some necklace on his neck. He challenged me and I was defeated. I asked him to finish me, but... he used some sort of clock from his neck and showed me the error of my ways. I used to fight for the side of good, but I abandoned it and was used by Havik to restore the Black Dragon...I was so ashamed of what I’ve done. The hooded warrior told me that I should fight for the side of good and give up the Black Dragon. I accepted, and thought of starting a new clan to help the forces of good. From now on... the Black Dragon must perish and all of chaos! I Kabal will form... the White Tiger Clan and enter the new Mortal Kombat tournament!
